How to prepare the PVC raw materials? Chaper 1: Mixing as the recipe

- In this video, our engineer Sunny guides the workers of our #Indian clients to prepare the PVC raw materials.
Okay, since too many people ask about the recipe of the PVC raw materials, here I'm gonna share the recipe here: PVC Powder (100kg) : DINP ( or DOP, or DITCH) oil (80kg) : Antioxidant (3kg) : Stabilizer (2kg) : Soybean oil(2kg).
Remarks:
1. What most important are the PVC Powder and DINP oil, the rest 3 components are only for high requests on quality. If you couldn't find them, it's okay, you can make PVC products, too. If you want to make the best quality PVC products, better find them.
2. If you want to make softer PVC products, add more DINP oil, on the opposite if you want harder PVC products, add more PVC powder.
3. Well, this PVC is only used for producing soft PVC products in my CZcams Channel ( for example: • Automatic 3D soft PVC ... , • How to make a colorful... ). I have no idea. You just check the other videos of making PVC products and see if these PVC products are what you gonna produce? We are mainly in machine manufacturing, the raw materials are not our strength.

@@xf7er You have to try different proportions, more powder = stiffer and more oil = more flexible ... it depends on your needs

I never seen before mix all raw material pvc resin, plasticizer, and other like this on the plastic can. Usually all raw material mix on the high speed mixer untill reach 100-120 degree
