हामीले आफनो शरीरिक इच्छालाई पन्छाएर उपवास र प्रार्थनामा समय बिताउँदै, परमेश्‍वरको राज्य र धार्मिकताको खोजी गर्न सक्नु नै पहिलो आश्चर्यकर्म हो। जब हामी उपवास बस्छौँ , हामी आफैलाई नम्र बनाउँछौं र जिवनमा भएका सबै मुद्दाहरु परमेश्‍वरको सिंहासन अघि ल्याउँछौं । परमप्रभु, जसको अघि केही कुरा पनि लुक्न सक्दैन, उहाँले हामीले गरेको उपवास र प्रार्थना देख्नुहुन्छ। यदि हामीले हाम्रो विश्वासलाई थामिराख्यौँ भने परमेश्‍वरले हाम्रो जिवनमा अद्भुत कार्य गर्नुहुनेछ। जिवनमा जस्तोसुकै परिस्थितिमा पनि हामी सधैँ परमेश्‍वरप्रति धन्यवादी हुनुपर्दछ।
It is a first #miracle for us to set aside our flesh's desires to #fast and #pray and seek the #kingdom and #righteousness of #God. When we fast, we #humble ourselves and bring all the issues of life before God's #throne. The #Lord, before whom nothing can be hidden, sees our fasting and prayer. God will do #amazing things in our lives if we remain steadfast in our #faith. We should always be #thankful to God no matter what the circumstances in #life.
