बाइबलले हामीलाई संसारलाई प्रेम नगर्ने आज्ञा दिएको छ। यसको मतलब हामीले हाम्रो परिवार,आफन्त र संसारका मानिसहरुलाई प्रेम गर्नुहुन्न भन्ने होइन। तर हरेक किसिमको अभिलाषा जुन संसार वा सांसारिक थोकबाट आउँछ र हामीलाई अपवित्र पार्छ अनि परमेश्‍वरबाट टाढा लैजान्छ, त्यस्ता कुराहरुलाई त्याग्‍नुपर्छ । परमेश्वरले हामीलाई उहाँको महिमा गर्नको निम्ति संसारबाट चुन्नुभएको हो। हामी सांसारिक मानिसभन्दा फरक छौँ। जसरी संसारले येशू खीष्टलाई घृणा गर्‍यो त्यसरी नै संसारले हामीलाई पनि घृणा गर्नेछ। यद्यपि यो संसारले हामीलाई घृणा गर्छ, परमेश्वरले हामीलाई प्रेम गर्नुहुन्छ । यहि नै हाम्रो अनन्त उद्धारको लागि आशा हो। संसार र यसको सबै अभिलाषा बितिजानेछन्, तर हामी जो परमेश्‍वरको इच्छा अनुसार हिंड्छौँ, सधैँको निम्ति रहन्छौँ। यसकारण हामी संसारमा केहि समयको निम्ति पाहुना मात्रै भएकोले यहाँ बिताउने सम्पर्ण समय परमेश्‍वरको डर र भयमा बिताउनुपर्छ।
The #Bible commands us not to #love the #world. This does not mean that we do not love our #family, our relatives, or the #people of the world. However, every lust that come from the world or from worldly things which defile us and separate us away from #God should be abandoned. We are a people #chosen out of the world for the #glory of God. We are different from worldly people. As the world hated #JesusChrist, so will it hate us. Although this world hates us, God loves us which is the #hope of our #eternal #salvation. The world and all its desires will pass away but we who walk in the will of God will #live forever. Therefore, since we are only #guests in the world for a while, we should spend our #entire #time here in the #fear and #awe of God.
