don't mind kabita ji.... ye apke liye nahi keh rhi hub balke sab ke liye hai ke sabziyon ko kharab kerke sabziyon ko check kerne ka tareeqa ghalat hai... like jaise bhindi aur lauki check.kerne ko apne bataya... maine dekha hai log aise krty hain lekin mujhe yeh bilkul pasand nahi hai... aise jo sabzi hum ne nahi.leni wo bhi kharab ho jati hai.... otherwise ur video is awesome i m ur big fan

Thanks Kabitaji, I also use most of these tips while buying vegetables. I would like to add that while buying Dodka, we should also taste it a little. Sometimes, it happens to be too bitter which spoils the taste of sabzi. Many ppl like bitter dodka, but I just shared my personal preference. :)
