Hopefully they put a Publix in this area with all the new houses going in... it's a pain to drive to Auburndale or Winter Haven for everything

This is 2024 the builder built house like the boxes n interior items are old scrap, they’re charged over prices

What's the flood zone in that particular area? I'm also wondering how HOA and CDD fees could increase down the line.
This is in flood zone x. No flood insurance needed. Also, we would not be able to predict if the HOA could increase. But chances are slim.
