And in contemporary Telugu cinema, Krish has been one of the very filmmakers, who has been constantly trying to push the envelope in terms of storytelling and mirror the reality of our society to understand the truth of human nature.
Although he has directed just five films, in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi, in the past seven years, Krish has carved a niche for himself as a director with a conscience. Be it Gamyam or Vedam, Krish has touched the hearts of thousands of moviegoers with his emphatic portrayal of people, whose lives are the on the brink of a major change. It's the journey that's more vital for the characters than the destination himself.
Ahead of his upcoming World War II epic drama, Kanche, Krish tells 'Talking Movies With iDream' more about the making of Kanche, collaborating with Varun Tej and Pragya Jaiswal, why he makes films in first place and why he is extremely selective about what films he wants to make in future.

As always, interview was excellent Hemanth. I have been following Krish interviews for a long time. He is very outspoken and his thoughts, views fascinate me. Krish is one of the finest writers/directors that we have and hope he gets his commercial biggy with Kanche. All the best Krish and Varun.
Regarding comments on Hemanth interviewing in English: I would say Hemanth managed pretty well in this particular interview (using English) compared to other interviews. It would be nice if the viewers give suggestions rather than ridiculing. Its not fair to make silly comments on someone's hard work. People think it is OK to say whatever they feel on public platforms. It's not OK. I am sure he worked very hard to reach a stage where celebrities give time for interviews and speak in detail. He prepares very well and asks questions appropriately.
I am not sure if iDream intend to do interviews in English. Basically most interviews of these celebrities will be watched by Telugu community only. May be it's time to review their way of approach.
+SURYA REDDI When the interviewer is asking questions in english and interviewee is answering in telugu... does someone need to tell the interviewer to switch the language?? An interview is supposed to bring out the intellectual capabilities of the interviewee but not to show off our talent. I already communicated this to Hemanth in twitter and his response was like "bollywood guys are doing in english..why shouldn't I". I seriously want to understand who else apart from telugu audience are watching these interviews. Some time back i watched the interview of Harish Shankar and he literally struggled a lot to communicate in english but still Hemanth did not stop his english communication skills. An interviewer need to understand whether the other person is comfortable in speaking english. There is an other guy from iDream who asks arrogant questions and pisses off the interviewee. Not sure if iDream will take any action or not, but considering these suggestions will help to get more views if that is the intention.
