This topic just goes around and around, it doesn’t really seem anything has changed, the premier league are the ones holding any advancement up with their indecisions, football isn’t just a game, it’s a business.
So the premier league need to seriously review their rules and practices going forward, or Everton won’t be the only club in this mess.

The premier leagues fit and proper persons test is basically. Have the potential owners ever gone banrupt or committed fraud? Have they got proof of funds?

With the 18 lawsuits against 777, it is obvious why the PL have not ratified the takeover. They hardly qualify for "the fit and proper person test". Moshiri's preferred buyer was 777, as they offered him more money.
777 has acquired several football teams such as Genoa C.F.C. in Italy, Standard Liège in Belgium, Red Star F.C. in France, CR Vasco da Gama in Brazil, and Hertha BSC in Germany.
I really dislike how football is going. Certain really rich businessmen buying up many clubs around the world. Football has always, and will always, be about the fans.
Moshiri, has not been that good, and it seems neither are 777.
