I’m kinda surprised that Mike Barnes wasn’t in on the sparring. I would love to see him and Johnny become pals.
I think he could still make an appearance. After all, this is an early teaser.
I mean he could show up later when things are escalating or be more of a consultant instead of combatant. Although seeing him actually fight would be cool or even better someone goes to him for training
I get a feeling he might have taken full responsibility for Chozen, Johnny, and him breaking into Terry Silver's house, and could be facing the legal consequences, since the three of them should have also been arrested for breaking into Silver's house.
I suppose with the episodes being longer, each part will be like a new individual season. So we have 3 seasons to look forward to, in a way. I imagine each part will have it's own separate trailer, and episodes 05 and 10 will be as exciting as any of the previous season finales.

About that Tory vs Sam thing: Honestly I would be a bit surprised if the writers really go that route about they still having beef and have to fight again. There is no reason anymore. Miguel and Robby had other reasons, there was basically a family behind it (a father and step father, Johnny). Sure in the teaser it looks like its a harmless point sparring, then its fine. But not for that trophy. Silver held the trophy in his hands when Daniel finished him with the crane kick, so it cant be that trophy anymore. And since Sam saved Tory from Daeun, I dont see a reason for them to still dislike each other or fight again.
To elaborate, the fighting would be more as a friendly spar as Tory knows she didn't win the right way, which is what she cared about. They wouldn't be fighting as rivals.

I think they will. Especially if this season is being released in 3 parts with much longer episodes.

Honestly mr warrior (if u don't mind the formalities) i doubt the reason why 4 boys are fighting was because of the bullying and miguel attacking kenny so i figure that Kenny, and Shawn joins Miyagi fang as i don;t think that Kim and Kreese will recruit them after they got done fighting in season 5 but we'll have to see. Let's hope we see the fighting skills and character arcs of the characters improve since this is a final season, good video

It's ok! I might do some for Season 6
I've been thinking for years that Shawn will kill Hawk before a tournament, and I kinda feel like its going to happen. Shawn will be the ultimate cautionary tale of the Cobra Kai methodology and will go as far as Silver did by using weapons, probably a knife, against someone and out of all of the young cast Hawk makes the most sense to die.
Interesting theory. I don't think that'll happen, but speculation is free game right now.

Maybe there is a logical 3 parts to the finale. It's like one long movie, and movies are usually is divided into 3 acts. The first part is like setting the foundation and setup. The second part is the conflict/confrontation. The third part is the conclusion/resolution. I like that because it seems there is a definite direction the season will go, not just some random, aimless and disappointing ending that so many otherwise great series have concluded with. If they nail the ending, I think this series would go down as one of the best of all time.

The shot with Sean Payne and Kenney looks more like they are fighting with Robbie and Anthony. That makes more sense than them fighting Miguel who hasn't really had any dealings with them.

if yall look in the trailer yall see Kenny in a gi with miguel, robby, tory, ect. I think that shawn is sparring with miguel and robby imo, i don't necessarily think he'll join but he might. I will say that Kenny wouldn't hold any bad blood against anyone considering at the end of the 5th season he realized how much he was wrong and needed that time to figure out what to do moving forward.

Tory always been loyal to kreese after he helped her out with her landlord problem. If that doesn't come in to play in season 6 then the writers aren't doing their jobs well.

The series started with Johnny and miguel. Last season Daniel took the spotlight from both of them, it needs to come back. and I want to see more Mike Barnes
I mean to be honest, had Johnny not brought back Cobra Kai Daniel would've never been involved.

I did not see my 2 favorite characters, Mike Barnes and Sting Ray in the promo. I hope they are in this.
I will not miss Sting Ray if there is no return. I get that he was placed into the storyline for a reason, but he was next level obnoxious. He didn't need to be that obnoxious to be so strategically placed.

Are Johnny and Chozen going to have a conflict? They are fighting.....I see them eventually working it out but it is probably something like Daniel and Johnny had Seasons 1-4.
Also, I think Daniel is going to be more of a facilitator this season. He hit the peak defeating Silver at end of Season 5 and has nothing left to prove. Johnny and Chozen each should shine and be the ones overcoming adversaries. Johnny fights Kreese as Kreese is to Johnny what Silver was to Daniel. Chozen probably has his Kreese/Silver adversary from Okanawa.
Of cousre all speculative, but about your question if Chozen and Johnny going to have a conflict: I could imagine a scenario that Johnny still believes his Eagle Fang (which is basically Cobra Kai but with mercy) has a better offensive as Miyagi-Do, and so he should teach the kids offensive, while Chozen and Daniel defense.
And then Chozen tells him M-D has an offensive that Danny boy to this day never really mastered, and this offensive is even more devastating as the CK offensive. Of course Johnny doesnt buy that, so Chozen says he's going to show him.

I don’t like how they are breaking it up. I think 2 parts would be better, 3 is milking it
you do realize that 5+5+5 = 15 right it evens out perfectly
I wasn't a fan of it at first, but it make sense.
Up to this point, the seasons run about 5 - 5 1/2 hours long, with each episode averaging about 25 - 35 mins (outside of finales which are usually 40 - 50 mins). There had been rumors for a while that S6 episodes would be closer to the 50 min/1 hr mark, so the season being split into 3 makes more sense, as it's almost like we're getting 3 seasons instead of 1 as far as run time.
I love Cobra Kai but I binging 15 hours would be a bit much.
Who wishes to see Mike Barnes join Miyagi-Fang as a fourth sensei along with Larusso, Lawrence and Toguchi?
My biggest question is that who are they facing since most of cobra Kai went to Daniel because those students are now blood karate they cannot escape it I think Kenny and his brother went rogue and won’t join another dojo and search’s for Krees

HEAR ME OUT IT MIGHT SEEM STUPID... but it works from a thematic level and is the most interesting way to experience the saga in my opinion :)
First start with Karate Kid 1
Then comes Cobra Kai season 1 episodes 1-9 (connects great with ending of KK1)
Then read Cobra Kai comic book - takes places just before episode 10.

Cobra Kai Game 1 takes place around here
Then Karate Kid 2
Then Cobra Kai season 3 (this season calls back to Karate Kid 2 with Okinawa, Kumiko and Chozen)

I was disappointed that we didn't get to see Terry Silver in this teaser. Where is Terry Silver in the beginning of Cobra Kai season six? I believe that it's possible that Kim Dae Un and John Kreese could recruit Kenny and Shawn to the Sekai Tekai tournament and train with them. People keep thinking that Kenny and Shawn are going to redeemed from Cobra Kai right away and to me it doesn't even make any sense. I also believe that Terry Silver might seduce Sam Larusso to join Cobra Kai as part of his revenge against Daniel Larusso.
Only a guess, but if you ask me, we only saw footage here from the first five episodes of the final season. They gonna release the 15 episodes in three parts, which means most probably five episodes each time. And my guess is Silver, Barnes, but maybe Julie Pierce too will emerge later in the season, but not in the first five episodes.

No, Jon, Josh, and Hayden have stated many times… in many interviews that the pandemic will not be a part of the storyline in S6 or ever! They also said that there woundn’t be any time jump…. Pretty sure they will stick to it being in 2019.

Anyone else realize how very very uncoordinated and how funny Anthony larusso both runs and does anything physical… this is what happens when kids choose to sit on their asses all the time and play games and other stuff that kids do inside… and this is a real life issue he might have… cause he runs very awkwardly and not only him but the first full class Johnny had w all the misfit kids and the “punches” the tried to throw… it sucks when kids don’t have any interest in physical activities… u become that big kid a stupid hat and his tits poppin out lol line from that scene lol
