Basmati Rice - 1/2 kg
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Onion - 250 gms
Tomato - 250 gms
Cinnamon - 2
Bay Leaves - 2
Cloves - 2
Elachi - 2
Star Anise - 1
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 Cup
Mint Leaves - 1 Cup
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Green Chilli - 4
Red Chilli Powder - 3 tsp
Lemon - 1/2
Kesari Powder
Salt to Taste
Oil to Saute
