For food I guess you counted restaurants since the supermarkets there are French. So, unless you buy groceries for every citizen in Monaco, it would be very very hard to spend 750$ every month!
I would rather enjoy living in a quiet, nature, surrounded by birds and animals! Too enclosed in this part of the world! Roses are in the morning, in the evening, they are no more. Great place on its own.
BTW This principality is so small that 😮 it's 4 Kilometers long and 5 kilometers wide that you can even walk to any place or corner without the need for transport 😊.
