So, do you want to live in Monaco - Monte-Carlo?
nice apartment. Execellent video, Sander. Your videos are best!
Thank you very much!
I think it’s around €4M.. but what i’m more curious is how much is the monthly service charge going to cost 🤔
A little bit less ☺️ as a property owner you pay about 7,500-8,000 Euro a year. As a tenant about 350 Euro a month. Plus electricity.
@@sanderrecommends 350 a month ??? Are you sure ? I mean my cousin pays that much for a flat in the outskirts of Sofia Bulgaria...
@@shangtsung7183 its a lot of apartments in that building.. So the advantage is the building expenses are distributed by all those apartments.
@@shangtsung7183 I am pretty sure that includes heating costs. It also depends if it has a concierge, swimming pool, property taxes, etc.
@@shangtsung7183 He is talking about the expenses, not the rent hah.
Shocking, but just as bad as some areas of London, except London has higher taxes and lower quality.
Yes, it’s true. New buildings have better quality but probably x1,5-x2 more expensive.
Want to live in Monaco/Montė-Carlo
I just subscribed and find your channel very informative....however I think renting an apartment would be more my speed. Curious of how much rents are.....I'd pay up to maybe 5000 euro a month
Thanks for watching! For 5,000 Euros a month you can rent a one bedroom flat in Monaco. If you need help, feel free to message me and I will ask my colleagues to send you the available options.
Beautiful apartment. I would say roughly €3.5 Million
A little more, but almost right.
@@sanderrecommends negotiable?!
@@rick75at always, but to a point. come and see us in the office in Monaco, if you are available
Price has dropped to €3 Million
Much better to buy a small camper van and sleep in the back
Opportunity cost grants headaches. With 3.5 million euros, a person can afford an apartment from the Atlantis the Royal.
Decisions decisions, stress stress, lmao. 😂
How to invest in Monaco???
Do you have any plans to come to Monaco soon? Let's meet in our office and discuss your requirements.
Can I get your contact details
I think affordable is relative
True!
Sounds like $3.5 million if I'm correct. Not bad, I'm just not a fan of the view.
A bit higher. But you are right, there are apartments within this budget with better view.
Lol, 3.5Mil “not bad?” For a square box? No thanks.
A luxurious 'ghetto', another asphalt jungle outside with skyscrapers. Not an animal or a flower to be seen, not as much as a cat or a primrose! Yes, you certainly would need a good bathroom and toilet!
I vant to live like thiz
A very good investment!
all I can say is.. OMG.. if thats what 4 million euros buys you.. I am surprised anyone buys it at all..
because for 4 million euros you actually are living in a poor 1 bedroom flat..
for 4 million euros you could build a MANSION with swimming pool and 6 or 7 bedrooms etc in Ibiza.. or sardinia, or even along the coast of france or spain in smaller towns.
4 million euros for 1 bedroom flat... OMG.. why do people buy this?
Monaco real estate prices are shocking 🤷
They are foolish, that's why😂
No Income tax or capital gains tax. You could be praying 4 million a year in capital gains taxes to corrupt government.
@OnlyThe1Son yep, for that money you could buy an apartment in a capital city and a yacht
People buy because if you own a business, you will save big on taxes. It makes sense to pay the price to save more $$
I love monaco. But it's only millionaire place
Not only. There are thousands of normal people living working and doing business in the Principality. Try it.
@@sanderrecommends could you do a property tour of something less than $1.5 million?
@@highfades2594 not in Monaco. In France there are plenty available options.
PRICE IS TOTALLY INSANE
Welcome to Monaco ;)
@@sanderrecommends YOU ARE SO RIGHT TO MAKE FUN OF ME. I AM LESS WORTHY THAN YOU AND ALL THE RICH WHO HAVE THE MONEY TO LIVE IN MONACO. NEVER MIND THE WAY THEY GOT THAT MONEY. WHO CARES. // ;) ;) ;) ;) YOU HAVE TICS?
Not really. Everytime I go to Walmart I realize why these places exist.
