Snoop is one of only 3 artists to have a billboard top10 hit in 4 decades. When last did Michael or Prince have a hit song or album while they were alive outside their prime? All they did were tours from songs and albums from their prime.

Dre said his definition of a forever artist is an artist that could go away, come back and drop something to mess our heads up, or produce something shocking. Snoop has literally *never* done that. No one is shocked, impressed, etc. by Snoop's work over the past two decades. Not to mention he has never taken a break from music longer than 3 years back in the 90s. He has 20 albums and most people couldn't name 3. He's a popular celebrity, but as an artist he does not have the same weight as Kendrick, Michael, Prince or even Em.
