If I register class 34. (goods and description) column.that we manufacture if would register in class 34. All products of class 34 covered or i have to write one particular thing .
for eg- our bussinesd is of zarda & panmasala. (goods and description)- we write- Tobacco smokers' articles, matches

सर, अगर किसी कंपनी ने दुसरे क्लास मी ट्रेड मार्क लिया ही तो हम अपना ट्रेड मार्क दुसरे क्लास मी फ़ाइल कर सकते ही क्या. लोगो अलग अलग ही लेकीन लोगो में इस्तेमाल होनेवले letters सेम है .

I was Filing TM-M, But It ask for Authorization Document(POA), how
can I generate this document.
