Disclaimer: Most of the weathering products I use in my videos such as Ammo by Mig Jimenez, AK-Interactive, Wilder and VMS were sent to me for free, but with no obligations to promote them. I received a lot of them a long time ago, even before I started this channel. VMS is also one of my Patreon supporters. Being independent from big and exclusive sponsorship deals and showing you a wide variety of different brands and products was one of the founding ideas of this channel and I will always stand by this.

I never understand how someone can dislike a video like this. These videos make my week
This feels like a sequel to the Jagdtiger , my fav series of yours, keep up the great work uncle!
A favorite of mine as well!
We might be able to compare them once the JP is finished and see if there was any progression :)
@@NightShiftScaleModels An excellent idea!
@@NightShiftScaleModels I'd really like to see that, please dew it.
@@KJ-kn8pg hear hear!
Probably the best tank thus far. Can’t wait to see the rest
J lo
@@lesliepage2006 j lo?
I agree with that
Finally, a Jagdpanther. My favorite Tank Destroyer thats second to the Jagdtiger.
I recently went to The imperial war museum in Duxford for my birthday and my favourite part of the day was seeing the jagdpanther as it is my favourite tank from the Second World War. Seeing this video has inspired me to finally make a 1/35 Jagdpantger that I hope will look half as good as yours does.
Am I the only one who thinks NightShift should make a Maschinen Krieger kit? He would do an amazing job with something like a Krote or a Sturm Kafer, or even a PKA/SAFS suit.
M U H F R E N S
Edit: The reason they did the armour plates separate like that is so that they're all scale thickness. It's pretty cool.
Edit 2: why red primer barrel?
Probably to see if the seam is totally gone
To check for any imperfections or seam lines. The color doesn't matter, it's just the only primer I have in a spray can :)
@@NightShiftScaleModels perfect :)
Figured that out
@@Mauscmkwk Well, I was just making sure he wasn't going to a red lead-oxide primer barrel! Germans had a special dark grey heat-resistant lacquer used to primer gun barrels.
Yes, best part of Friday right here. Jagdpanther has always been one of my favorites, so extra excited to watch this series
I'm always amazed at the ways you continually come up with simple, clever solutions to challenges. This is looking outstanding Martin!
the level of detail you've achieved on this is unreal. I feel like I'm watching a master clockmaker or something. I never get bored of watching you work!
Absolutely incredible! Your love to detail is just astounding.
This video is a dream come true for me. I have had this kit lying around on a shelf for over a year waiting for inspiration to finish it, and i have finally found it. Thank you
Fascinating and your videos are never too long!
What the heck... Weeeird crossover
I agree, after I assemble my models I let them sit on my shelve for a month or two just to admire all the work I did before I cover them with paint. Sometimes a year or two on some particular ones. Keep up the fantastic work. And keep the faith.
Looks absolutely staggering. The suspension work is a very nice detail, I really like when scaled models are a bit more dynamic on the diaporama.
beautiful texturing with lots of ideas on how to for guys like myself looking to get back into the hobby after 30yrs away from modeling.
huge thanks Night Shift.
I've always been partial to it's big brother the Jagdtiger and you've already done that to perfection. Thank you for posting the video, I hope you're closer to being fully healthy again.
Wow, you never make me disappointed. SUPER DETAILED JOB YOU DID.
There is no model you build that doesn't be an amazing piece. The way how you explan and make it see so simple comes from your art, as well as from your theorical and even more practical experience.
Idk why but I just find it super satisfying when you make the tank super realistic, I love channels like these, especially with the commentary..
"..., but nothing beats good old soviet scissors" made my day. XD
It looks amazing, can’t wait to see it painted!
I am loving it! I still can’t get over the zimmerit from the last video. Keep up the great work, I can’t wait for the painting and weathering!
That selfmade zimmerit looks amazing. After a long break from plastic modelling i found back in the hobby and your videos are very helpful to me. Keep it on!
This is a bit late but I just wanted to say that watching your videos is one of the most calming things for me and as an amateur modeler it’s given me a lot of inspiration and tips for the future. Thanks Martin
SOOOOOOOOOO PRETTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Martin you are a true master.
Especially enjoying this build - very "up" and fun!
FANTASTIC VIDEO + COMMENTARY... best I've seen anywhere. THANK YOU ! ! !
Just love watching your videos - the level of detail and realism is incredible!
It woult be amazing to see you work your magic on a Warhammer 40k tank!
Yeah one from Forge World though ... a Malcador Annihilator or maybe a Macharius Vulcan.
horrible starting point though
@@geroschorch1365 the FW resin is *atrocious*
The newer plastics are not bad.
Beautiful build! A lot of creative ideas and useful techniques, and good humour!
Amazing detail! I could never have the patience to do this but it is fantastic to watch the entire process to see how it is done. Well done.
На мой взгляд Вы один из лучших моделистов в мире! Как всегда, великолепная работа! Посмотрел с удовольствием.👍
The detailing is a-freaking-mazing! Great job, uncle!
Great watch, absolutely beautiful!
Just the best build videos out there. Thank you.
Dear Martin, Outstanding workmanship as usual!
Amazing video! I chewed my nails off watching you at 6:30 though with how close that dremel piece came to cutting into your finger.
God damn it. Now you remind of that Jagdpanther that still waits for me on the shelf, primed.
As always, jaw dropping details. I was always a fighter plan model builder. You have inspired me to dive into tank modeling.
Really happy that you‘re finally back with us.
"So I could squeeze his legs together"
That's the LAST thing I would expect to hear on Night Shift.
Amazing attention to detail. Looking forward to the painting video!
Martin's amazing level of detail has totally ruined watching other modelers for me. I see them and I'm "...meh, not enough chipping...". I'd love to see the "collection" of accumulated models so far; get a tour of the set up.
I've made one a year ago with my pre-youtube stuff, not a bad idea to make a summary of all the CZcams models now :)
This is going to be AWESOME!!!!!!
This is incredible detail.
It just so happened that I bought Takoms Jagdpanther G2 w/full interior today and then this video comes out. Serendipitous!!!
Can't wait for the next episodes, model looks awesome!
Great model, great craft, super video and learning material.
love the jagdpanther. this is your best model yet
The attention to detail on this build is just crazy! How you kept your sanity throughout, is beyond me, lol!
Amazing! The effort you put into all your models
oh my god, thank you so much for the small texture tutorial, you helped my disgusting revell, but cool looking tank look less shinny, and more war torn
Always impressive to see the result ! 👍🏻
Excellent as always. Big job.
As always, Loving it! Thanks Uncle
All your models are amazing but this one is already shaping up to be next level, excellent build quality on your part
I’m so glad I found your channel, very entertaining
Have to say I am a Massive Stug and Jagdpanther fan , this looks amazing!! Beautiful figures defo on my list.
Awesome as always man, can’t wait to see the paint job. 👍
An absolutely brilliant and beautiful job, my friend!! When I decide to put together my first tank, I will be certain to play your video(s) while doing so - again and again!!! These videos aren't just entertaining but extremely helpful and informative to those who enjoy the same work/hobby!!
Increíble, lo mejor es que te lo pasas genial construyendo el tank, how fun you are, congrats bro.
Awesome piece
Came across your video's by accident and have to say totally blown away with the quality of your work............

Howdy from Texas! Tremendous work. I get so inspired every time I watch Night Shift.
Superb work!
Amaizing job!!!
Love your vids!
Geting better and better !! 💯
Same with the gaps on the hull! I got a tiger 1 model and the gap that was created between the lower and upper plate will haunt me forever.
Brilliant job mate!
Great video! Thank you!
thats a beautiful model it looked like it went together without too much hassle and now i know where to get a decent sized jadgpanther been after one for ages in a bigger scale
Oh man! I'm loving the long videos!
Nice build, impressive details on this famous model!👍👍
Very enjoyable video. Looking forward to the next session
Stunning work 🔥
Un véritable travail d'artiste !!! Bravo !!
Amazing job , and those details!!
Crazy, beautiful!!!
I absolutely love this series definitely my fav
I always like to start my weekend with a cold glass of "My friiieeeends..." after work on a Friday. Have a good weekend, Night Shift!
YES ... Glad you're healthy and back to making kick-ass models and vids. I'm looking forward to this one.
Great Episode.
Looks amazing
Some of the best demonstration of 'actual' damage to a vehicle I've seen. The dints and bends are a perfect example of a 21yr old driver in a war-zone, haha. Can't wait for the next instalment.
Not even a minute in and our main protagonist had me already on the floor
AWESOME!👌
Glorious!
Just brilliant, I love your videos. Many thanks :-)
Awesome work, waiting the final. Greetings from Perú.
Great video as always "MY FRIEND"!
The Jagpanther is definitely my favorite tank destroyer from ww2.
That looks to be a very nice kit. I may have to try one of Meng's offerings. Nice job on your part, as well.
Pěkná práce, jen tak dál 🤟🏻💪🏻
Amazing work.
You just got another well-deserved sub!
Thank you , Uncle Martin .
Wow! What a beautiful model!
Cool! This will be very helpful, have the same kit in the stash..
Amazing as always!
my favourite tank, and its absolutely epic. i love your work dude :)
