  • www.newpig.com/unrivaledspill... Spill response training video: Follow this 7-step approach to help workers prepare for spill clean up in your facility.
Find the right spill kit for your facility: bit.ly/PIG-spill-kits
This 16-minute Spill Drill video can be used as part of a spill response training program and annual training for hazmat spill responders. The video covers the most effective methods for spill control in industrial environments and details seven steps to practice during a Spill Drill.
In order to prepare for a spill, practice is essential. Go through training drills to help protect yourself, your employees and the environment. Be aware of the potential for spills in your plant or factory. Protect yourself when a spill occurs, stop the source of a leak, and have the right equipment on hand when a spill occurs. After a spill site has been cleaned up, people and equipment need to be decontaminated and proper reports filed.

Thank you for the very good video with excellent demonstration of techniques. I am an authorized OSHA general industry outreach trainer and I viewed your video because it was helpful to me in studying for the 40-hour HAZWOPER.

I was terminated from a Bridgestone tire plant for not assisting in a hydraulic oil and water spill. It was at least 50 gallons and pouring out of a disconnected hose. My team leader poured Hi-sil a dessicant over the spill allowing the dust to rise and flow into our noses. I alerted him to the issue of the dust. He told me to continue, but, changed his mind and sent me away from the dust. Later their management team said I never said there was a safety issue and that I had been trained. This video is an example of what I and all employees of this plant should be trained in. I am appealing my the decision. The team leader acknowledged my concern to the NC Department of Labor Discrimination Division. Bridgestone management is unaware that the supervisor told the DOL the truth. This is a definite coverup. I am 60 years old. Thanks for the info.

Good video for a refresher in spill response. I'm a trained level 3 Hazwoper responder and our annual live training is in a week. It's been some time so I thought a refresher course was in order.

Thanks for the update: I have used the Spill Drill VHS with Rocky Bleier for years much of the script is the same showing how well it was originally produced. It was quite a shock for me seeing Ben at the beginning of the video, going from that to this -boy did he get old. :)
