i found another one, the house near all the logs in the Kitty pet area with the chair at the door, that wall you can go through with prey, i used a fish and it worked
check before you drop the prey because 90% of the time it will be a void so yeah check if there is a weird blue yellow or other color before you drop your prey and I recomend not using a rabbit because they can be on the harder side to find and using a easier prey to catch such as fish like I did
when you said "safe from npcs", me and my friends accidentally spawned Spider(an NPC) and we had to hide in the barn. the gpu had some red on it(it means they're very close) and i was really scared-(also yes i was doing it in a private server)
