Rice Soaked 750gms
Ghee/Oil 1/2cup
Onion 2medium
Cinnamon 2small pieces
Cardamom Green 3
Cardamom Black 2
Cumin 1/2tbs
Black Pepper 1/2tbs
Cloves 5pcs
Star Anise small piece
Tomatoes 4medium
Salt 1-1.25tbs as per taste
Red Chili Powder 1tbs
Tamarind Pulp 3tbs
Curd 4tbs
Hot Water 5cups
Fried Potato 2
Fried Green Chillies 8

I had some Iranian friends who used to burn the rice and enjoy the crispy rice also. Maybe you can try the same. Cook last on high flame and burn the outside so shape will maintain and also some portion will be crispy.

I really wish the subtitles in English where put on your vidoe. It looks amazing! Looks a lot like foods I ate from India. I would love to make this but don't know everything in this recipe because it's in another language. I can guess from my experience and I will try to attempt this with seeing what he has done and also with the knowledge of somethings that look like something I've seen before. Maybe I'll get it down and figure it out.
