We have an electric green one named Slimer. lol Deer are used as mounts to shoot from & "pin" the Dragon. Rexes are to kill the flying ads to protect the deer riders from the ads. Anything too close to the dragon gets roasted so the deer have vege cakes on them to help them heal. Thus why everyone has HIGH DAMAGE Pump Action Shotguns.

Lo puedes hacer solo con un deino, no sabria decirte el daño mínimo, pero es posible que 380 tarde mas, solamente ten cuidado con los bordes, a veces pueden atravesar la barrera del mapa esos dinos.

Thokash no joke like 2 days ago I was just getting metal on official and I saw a wild rex with a purple back and reg underbelly on official, and this is possible if you look at jayex23 old videos you can see that they did it with shotguns and did it pretty fast, I think it was on legacy

andresitovaliente es la clave en esta estrategia, porque al ser muy pequeño el dragon no logra hacerle daño si te ubicas correctamente debajo, ademas que cuando te prende fuego o muerde, que pasara seguramente, el ciervo recupera salud con los pasteles, es algo que hacen todos los herbívoros, la cosa es que mientras el dragon esta enfocado con el ciervo, los otros jugadores le disparan con escopetas desde la montura del rex, pero deben matar los. Voladores antes y bucar in sitio donde no le llegue las llamas.
No se si sirve pero yo pienso q es mas rapido con rexes porq asi atrapas el deagon y no se anda moviendo eso lo hacen por views pero es mas facil con el rex atrapando el dragon mas rapido
solo tengan cuidado con los voladores, son 5 rondas, al menos deberían llevarse unos 3 o 4 juegos de buenas armaduras flak para cambiárselas entre cada ronda.

They take rexes put them in a corner to distract dragon, dragon will agro rexes while megaloceros shoot at it. Megalocaurous doesnt get killed cause megalocerous's hit point i believe is the word is to small for the dragon so dragon cant kill it

Lo mejor que puedes hacer es practicarlo en host local con tus compañeros, pueden conectarse hasta 4, el que lleva el megalo debe saber ponerse entre las piernas y llevar sweet veggie cakes dentro del reno para que regenere vida en caso que se queme o lo muerdan, es todo... saber donde ponerse.

Te comento que el dragon en island hace daño por pocentaje con el fuego, osea que bo importa la vida del dino, le quita 20% o 25 con cafa llama, osea que lo quema 4 o 5 veces y ya te lo mata,. Entre dos lo mas visble seria therizinos, con 15 cakes en el inventaro y buenas monturas por los mordiscos, tu y tu compa e. Un yuty para el coraje y un rex o reaper para matar voladores, juegan en PC?

Boss has 925k hp, damage reduction by default around 80-90% and you want me to believe you beat this on official with a shotgun and rexes that don't do much...Yeah, not buying it. Not buying the fact you show a video piece showing the server either, cause video editing is a wonderful thing. Wanna know why I'm not buying it? Cause we run a modded server with level 1000 max dinos and tamable alphas via the extinction mod. The spinos on the server hit for 14k damage with a rider, 11k without, they hit the dragon for 1k damage maximum and took around 800 from fire breath intial and another 120k from the burn (They have 600k hp) and even with 6 of them, it took us around 6 minutes to kill them and that is with them hitting it, not us. A 230% shotgun to that boss would be doing 18 a pelletx8, so you wasted your ammo in that regard.
Come Server NA-PVE-Official-TheIsland49 and ask on global how people kill the dragon. Try official and will learn some more interesting things, many people do dragon this way. Actually is the most used one.
So the way you do it on official is to use T-rexes biting in one spot and forcing the dragon to attack one person on a mount small enough to avoid being hit. Hmmm, I would call that exploiting but let's delve a little. Firstly, the shotgun as I said does around 18 damage a pellet and that is being generous considering the boss is 90% damage reduction by default, it might be a little less than that, but hey, it's pretty high. I can hear the assault rifles in the back from other people whom I will only assume are standing on the rexes as you avoid the bites underneath him and even that wouldn't do a thing to the dragon's HP by standard difficulty setting on alpha. So, unless the developers have severely nerfed the dragon on official, which is likely the case, this strategy would not work on a normal alpha dragon and you can test it yourself on a dedicated server/singleplayer with similar setups if you like.
Only the Ape have damage reduction from guns, and about the damage from a shotgun, here the facts ark.gamepedia.com/Base_Damage U can get surprised of the power that pumpaction shotgun have. 45 x10 pellets on a primitive means 450 dmg on dragon, those shotguns have 250%+ so make the calcs, even with primitives ones 6 players need around 350 shells each to drain 925K HP but maybve time will be an issue, so ASC 250% can reduce the ammo and time requireds. FREE TIP: Afther investing that huge amount of time on breeding crafting, etc... Official players have learned that before u go into a boss fight is always better that someone from the tribe with the best PC, run a dedicated server from home with official rates and activate the floating damage to double check and practice every possible strategy.
I think you are missing a point here. The level of your Boss is 82% of the max dino level set on your server. Here the boss is only level 124 since the difficulty on officials is set to 5 with 150 max level dinos. Your bosses are stronger since your dinos are stronger. So your boss level 820 hits harder and needs more damage to be killed.
While I can argue that, I don't think it is useful because we tested both an upgraded boss and an upgraded boss and the damage/hp was the same. Also, I tested your gun theory and was curious how that went. We use the extinction mod and crafted a 744% pump shotgun. Normal damage 904, boss took 111 a pellet. So yeah, the damage reduction was the same. As stated, unless the official servers severely nerfed the HP the boss has, then I don't believe OP's claim of doing this on official. The bosses are also only lvl 1 at gamma and 20 at alpha, regardless of the settings. They also have static HP unless the Ini file is edited. The only things changed are the summoned minions. Standard boss damage was low, but the 20% burn is what kills thing. 5 of those, you're dead.

They move fast, can heal with veggie cakes and it doesnt get any damage if u stand on the right posituon between the legs of the dragon.

Afortunadamente, no es posible garantizar la habilidad de los jugadores en los server oficiales, es gente de tantas partes, edades y habilidad de juego.
Si no hay riesgo, se vuelve aburrido y en PVE las luchas con los bosses es lo único que hace el juego realmente emocionante, la incertidumbre de perder todo o salir victorioso. Como los raideos del PVP., solamente que tu eliges cuando y como.

Intresting, I prefer playing unofficial, and there I solo it with 15 Rexes and allos mix, with all the work put into collecting tributes I do Alpha always guess all or nothing.

Te comento que el dragon en island hace daño por pocentaje con el fuego, osea que bo importa la vida del dino, le quita 20% o 25 con cafa llama, osea que lo quema 4 o 5 veces y ya te lo mata,. Entre dos lo mas visble seria therizinos, con 15 cakes en el inventaro y buenas monturas por los mordiscos, tu y tu compa e. Un yuty para el coraje y un rex o reaper para matar voladores, juegan en PC?

Derek Cardenaz custom recipes are available on official too, need play few more man, and i dont care if u belive or not, I shared the video just to be able to watch with friends and tribemates.
I only play on official and it's called having a crafting character to make custom recipes and also it called breeding correctly by extracting stats.

This strat is trash
Boss has 925k hp, damage reduction by default around 80-90% and you want me to believe you beat this on official with a shotgun and rexes that don't do much...Yeah, not buying it. Not buying the fact you show a video piece showing the server either, cause video editing is a wonderful thing. Wanna know why I'm not buying it? Cause we run a modded server with level 1000 max dinos and tamable alphas via the extinction mod. The spinos on the server hit for 14k damage with a rider, 11k without, they hit the dragon for 1k damage maximum and took around 800 from fire breath intial and another 120k from the burn (They have 600k hp) and even with 6 of them, it took us around 6 minutes to kill them and that is with them hitting it, not us. A 230% shotgun to that boss would be doing 18 a pelletx8, so you wasted your ammo in that regard.
Come Server NA-PVE-Official-TheIsland49 and ask on global how people kill the dragon.
Try official and will learn some more interesting things, many people do dragon this way. Actually is the most used one.
So the way you do it on official is to use T-rexes biting in one spot and forcing the dragon to attack one person on a mount small enough to avoid being hit. Hmmm, I would call that exploiting but let's delve a little. Firstly, the shotgun as I said does around 18 damage a pellet and that is being generous considering the boss is 90% damage reduction by default, it might be a little less than that, but hey, it's pretty high. I can hear the assault rifles in the back from other people whom I will only assume are standing on the rexes as you avoid the bites underneath him and even that wouldn't do a thing to the dragon's HP by standard difficulty setting on alpha. So, unless the developers have severely nerfed the dragon on official, which is likely the case, this strategy would not work on a normal alpha dragon and you can test it yourself on a dedicated server/singleplayer with similar setups if you like.
Only the Ape have damage reduction from guns, and about the damage from a shotgun, here the facts ark.gamepedia.com/Base_Damage U can get surprised of the power that pumpaction shotgun have.
45 x10 pellets on a primitive means 450 dmg on dragon, those shotguns have 250%+ so make the calcs, even with primitives ones 6 players need around 350 shells each to drain 925K HP but maybve time will be an issue, so ASC 250% can reduce the ammo and time requireds.
FREE TIP: Afther investing that huge amount of time on breeding crafting, etc... Official players have learned that before u go into a boss fight is always better that someone from the tribe with the best PC, run a dedicated server from home with official rates and activate the floating damage to double check and practice every possible strategy.
I think you are missing a point here. The level of your Boss is 82% of the max dino level set on your server. Here the boss is only level 124 since the difficulty on officials is set to 5 with 150 max level dinos. Your bosses are stronger since your dinos are stronger. So your boss level 820 hits harder and needs more damage to be killed.
While I can argue that, I don't think it is useful because we tested both an upgraded boss and an upgraded boss and the damage/hp was the same. Also, I tested your gun theory and was curious how that went. We use the extinction mod and crafted a 744% pump shotgun. Normal damage 904, boss took 111 a pellet. So yeah, the damage reduction was the same. As stated, unless the official servers severely nerfed the HP the boss has, then I don't believe OP's claim of doing this on official.
The bosses are also only lvl 1 at gamma and 20 at alpha, regardless of the settings. They also have static HP unless the Ini file is edited. The only things changed are the summoned minions. Standard boss damage was low, but the 20% burn is what kills thing. 5 of those, you're dead.
