He could’ve said one is free and does most basic problem solving.
The next one cost money and can a little better at complicated problem solving.

@@David.Fit21 - yes, it knows things (stuff) much better. 😄 I think you mean, "after" 2022. Yes, also that.
For example: ChatGPT "Turbo" has been updated to April 2023, whereas 3.5 is only January 2023.
As of today, ChatGPT 3.5 is one year behind, basically).

You should be able to figure out from this video that you should be using GPT-3.5 to solve less complicated problems, and GPT-4 to solve complicated ones if you have an IQ above 80

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, there was no information available about GPT-4. Therefore, I cannot provide specific details about GPT-4 or its capabilities.
If GPT-4 has been released since then, you should consult the official documentation, release notes, or other reliable sources for information about its features, improvements, and recommended use cases. Developers and users typically choose a specific version of a language model based on factors such as performance, capabilities, and the requirements of their particular applications.
In general, newer versions of models tend to offer improvements in terms of language understanding, contextual awareness, and performance. If GPT-4 is available and offers significant advancements over GPT-3.5, you might consider using it in scenarios where those improvements are beneficial. It's essential to review the specific features and strengths of each model to determine which one best suits your needs.
Always refer to the latest documentation and information provided by the developers or organization behind the language model for the most accurate and up-to-date guidance.

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, GPT-3.5, and its predecessors are not capable of accessing or retrieving information from external URLs or the internet in real-time. These models generate responses based on the training data they were exposed to and do not have the ability to browse the web or fetch real-time information.
If GPT-4 or any newer version has been released with enhanced capabilities, you would need to consult the specific documentation for that model to understand its features and functionalities. Always follow the guidelines and usage instructions provided by the developers to make the best use of the model.
As of my last update, if you want to provide information from the web to a language model, you would need to input the relevant text or data directly into the chat input. Keep in mind that the information should be within the model's training data up to its knowledge cutoff date.
