- Welcome to the Anime SuperStars show, performed by the symphony orchestra «Lords of the Sound» with their crossover project «38 SAMURAI»! This show was recorded live at the Compensa Hall in Vilnius, Lithuania, on April 23, 2023, and we are thrilled to give you an insight into the magic that happened on stage.
The symphony orchestra «Lords of the Sound» was founded in 2014 by Andrii Novatorov, the group's producer, who wanted to create a separate musical project in the anime genre. As they believe that the world of anime is a whole animated universe that requires complete immersion and experience, they wanted to create a separate orchestra for this genre. The orchestra's main goal is to transport the audience to the world of their favorite Japanese animation, allowing them to enjoy globally renowned compositions in a symphonic arrangement, putting on a truly visualized show on stage, featuring mega-talented soloists, and giving unforgettable emotions.
«Anime SuperStars» is a music program that has absorbed all the best! The show includes more than 20 soundtracks from the most famous anime series, from Hayao Miyazaki's classic masterpieces to the mystical characters of Araki Tetsurou. The audience was taken on a journey through music from Naruto, Attack on Titan, Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, Dragon Ball, One Piece, Demon Slayer, Tokyo Ghoul, Domestic Girlfriend, One Punch Man, Bleach, Cowboy Bebop, Hellsing, Princess Mononoke, Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Note, and many more.
The 38 young, talented musicians, led by the soloists of the orchestra, created real magic on stage. The audience was mesmerized by the symphonic arrangements, which transformed the anime soundtracks into a completely new experience. The orchestra's soloists also showcased their talent and gave an excellent performance, which added an extra layer of excitement to the show.
