I would recommend the cover fx blush as eyeshadow. You have a crease shade and a shimmer on the lid. And you can sheer it out with a fluffy blending blush. I love using blush on the lid. It looks so natural, and effortless.

From what I understand, the Cover FX are 2 blushes- one matte and one glowy. The elf duos are a blush and a highlighter, so not really the same. I don't own the Cover FX (though I really want one!) so correct me if I'm wrong.
@@agstah I actually believe they are supposed to be the same...both come with a blush, and a blush topper/highlight.

I remember Juicy Tubes being SO sticky, just like the Victoria’s Secret ones that almost glued your lips shut. I didn’t know any better, so I loved them. They doubled as hair spray because my hair would stick to my lips and then be sticky for all eternity.

I have never heard anyone ever talk about the Happy Blush from Physician’s Formula! I love mine. It is especially lovely in the winter and brings my pale skin to life! Right now my favorite is a combo of powder Clinique blush pop in a brownish berry and the peach elf blush stick! It works with a my summer tan.
You really should try more color eyeshadows. I know they are not necessarily your thing, but I love that color of purple on you.
I love that shirt 💜 It would be really pretty with a lavender shimmer eyeshadow on the lid! I know you really like neutrals, but you could always use a cool toned neutral transition shade so it doesn’t scream purple.
JESS!! I too love the "Happy" or mood boosting blushes from Physicians Formula... they also have a beautiful powder in the same formula, multi-tonal ivory/beige/pale pink with a hint of sheen... makes the skin blurred, a tiny bit glowy, and just gorgeous!! 😊💕

I'm pretty sure they're considered "old school", but I just discovered the The Balm blushes and can't believe how long-wearing they are. My favorite shade is Down Boy, a pretty cool-toned pink. Now I want to try their bronzers.

I have never understood the point of a "blush topper."
Marketing.
Honestly if they made the blush topper a soft lit glow instead of a shimmer, people might actually use it.

I like to be able to wear a shade I really love matte or shimmery/dewy/whatever, and some of the ones that come in a duo are just coordinated well and really stunning combined. I absolutely love nars dual intensity duos, although I always mix together instead of “topping” the blushes.
Fun fact: Kosås means "cow sauce" -- Swedish. lol. I read somewhere they took the small circle off there recently so it wouldn't mean that.

I use the Milani Luminoso sometimes on my eyelid and it looks really pretty...love a product you can get multiple uses out of!
I use Luminoso as an eye shadow too. I like the look of the eyes and cheeks matching, looks very natural and cohesive.

I LOVE the Milani Baked Blushes. I bought the vault last Christmas, and other than my ND bloom and glow, I reach for those the most.
I just made a purchase with CT and have two blushes. I have to agree with you. They’re not worth the price. I have ecstasy and I like it but $40 worth?? No.

That CoverGirl Clean Fresh Blush didn’t work for me either! I felt like I was trying to blend liquid lipstick into my cheeks haha
I used to never wear blush, of course that was back in the day when i didn't wear bronzer, highlight, blush, lip products and used the little application things that come with products. Now I ABSOLUTELY love blush!!💕💕
Everytime I would try blush it always looked like I was wearing way too much makeup. I was just using the wrong color...I love it now!

Hi Jessica! I know you how much you love the Mac play blushes and I feel like you would LOVE the Holika Holika jelly dough blushers!!! I got mine in the shade nuts jelly from YesStyle but they're sold online at Ulta too! Its the only blush ive been using for months now!

There was a blush I used to use in high school from covergirl that was the perfect shade for my fair skin, I think it was trublend blush but it had a nice sheen to it- it looked soo pretty on the cheeks. I used that entire pan of blush, the only blush I've ever finished! The sad thing is it's discontinued now :(

The PF Happy Booster blushes are still made. They are infused with the scent of violet and I two, Rose and Warm. I love them. Also, do you remember the Sexy Booster bronzer and blushes from PF? The were infused with vanilla scent. I used to have the blush and the bronzer and I absolutely adored them. They don't make them anymore and I am so saddened by that. I have even contemplated going on eBay and purchasing them.

Would love to see you review the new Lauren Conrad beauty line!!! It’s simple, right up your alley, vegan friendly, cruelty free, clean beauty!! The cheek and lip tint seem so perfect for you. the black eyeliner is brush tip but seems to be positively received. And the lip products are varying from pigmented lipsticks to sheer glosses.

Yes! I’ve missed the Juicy tubes bc they are so tacky! They hydrate to the max. I love them and need to go pick some up. My hair is usually pinned back so I don’t have to worry about the hair all over the lip situation. 🥰

I have the coverfx peach blush and it is pretty but I get not “loving it”. It’s great but still expensive. Tower 28 magic hour blush is my go to. It is so easy to use and looks natural on me.

So glad you mentioned the Hourglass blushes! They don’t swatch amazingly but the result is always stunning. The color range is subpar and I wish they could come out with more blushes because I only want to have them an no other blushes ☺️

I looooooove blush so much! My go to right now (has been for at least the past year) is the Milk Makeup Lip + Cheek in Perk! I bought it after watching a Jkissa video and it’s still love! I especially like wearing it on days when I don’t want to wear foundation. It gives my pale, corpse self some life 😂
