So what is the best water sealer that you used? That is a lot of flat roof. I just subscribed, love how you explain.

They are many ways to treat a flat roof, either by using water sealant chemicals or bitumen or felt… some also use water sealant to tile the roof/gutter area, all the depends on project preference and desired final outcome

Thank you for this video. The flat roof seems a bit more complicated than the long span. How is it cheaper with everything that goes into it, like felting to prevent water leakage?

There are many ways around it, like other effective chemicals used to seal off the water rather than felt…

Great and informative
One small point on safety though, you are wearing a hard hat for safety but the camera person is not. You’re are a trained construction person, not sure the camera person is.
If you’re wearing hard hat, he should be wearing two hard hats.
Apart from that well done.

how are you going to clean those downpipes if leaves get stuck in them in a storm?

You prevent that by using a wire mesh to cover it such that all debris are collect and removed before the gain access into the pipe…
