Nice video. I still wonder why almost all developers collaborating with state governments only focus on luxury upscale accommodation for the rich and wealthy. Why can't they also consider the lower income and middle class in the society. Like one bedroom, two or three bedroom simple low cost accommodation that an average person can afford.
We can't just keep catering for the rich which are just a minute fraction leaving out the majority middle and lower class of the society. Nice work still.

In Rivers State, the State government is collaborating with an organisation called TAF to build Greater TAF City, it is a housing estate for the middle and lower class. You can search them up.

Such big estates need hospital and school in the area. This are necessities not luxury. Please you Investors should consider that. Just a nursing home for children is not enough

      Bro,
That is how houses are built in serious countries-all houses in he same street must be the same and nobody is allowed to tamper with or alter the design without planning permission. If you build anything without permission, it will be destroyed at your own expense. No high fences allowed and if your fence exceed certain height, it will be demolished. Houses are built by developers and rarely individuals and they must conform to city planning rules. Any intention to build anything must be advertised in libraries, local newspapers etc. for people to see and register their complaints/objections before approval is given or declined by the local council.
      Tu comprends maintenant?

Not totally true, that’s the scenario in Africa or Nigeria in particular.
In the western world, houses does not look the same.
For security reasons, you build a different type of house here, the next house is a different type of house.
A design will be shown to you to choose from.
The owner of the house will select the type of house the builder will build for him or her.
If you select a house next to you, the builder will say no. You will select a design that will not be the same type in a row.
      One this one that.

      Bro,
Which "western world"? Streets often have Gothic, Georgian, Edwardian Victorian etc. architecture depending on the the period/epoch built. In many cases, you cannot even paint with different colour let alone touch it. Or if you must, then the façade must be retained for uniformity. That said, of course anyone can build frigging anything in run down slums and ghettos, but even then... Landlord travel and see.
