1. Develop your sense of individuality.
2. Evolve into an original thinker.
3. Develop depth and reasoning in your thought process. your sense of a clear "why' will give you the much needed conviction in your ideas.
4. Try to understand the need, interest and concerns of your seniors.
5. Develop a big picture scenario.
6. Visualise yourself speaking in front of senior people.
7. Don't try to impress people, build trust.
8. Seek help from your seniors in order to develop deeper understanding.
9. It's okay if you are wrong sometimes.
10. Respect yourself.
11. Share your ideas more often.

1. Respect your own opinions, thought process, views and it will make you more confident.
2. Don't become an approval seeker.
3. Don't try to impress people....instead....build trust....Don't try to act smart, be authentic.
4.Don’t feel shy to ask for help.
5. Look at the bigger picture.
6. Understand your senior's needs, concerns and interests, insecurities.
7. Don't worry about what people think about you.....nothing wrong with copying.
8. Watch your seniors and be observant about what irritates them.
9. Speak your mind, take a chance, there's nothing to loose...I you run away from your fear it increases, but if you face it it diminishes.
10. Speak in the language you are comfortable in.
11. Don't speak more than what is needed.
12. Don't be a perfectionist.

You spoke exactly what I need to hear about me. I have been having depressive thoughts about myself say ever since I know me. Protective childhood and now leading a family life without any earlier protective people around (as they are no more) becomes very rough and each minute I live in fear and anxiety.
