- The Warlord CCG relaunch has a multiplayer format (Alliance) that might actually be a better fit for most Magic Commander/EDH players and/or Dungeons & Dragons fans right out of the gate. I think a lot of us would have totally watched a 2-2.5 hour Warlord video, it's a fun game to watch. And I survived the 6 hours of Middle Earth CCG twice 😛
But I really enjoyed the added commentary.

I don't recall ever playing multiplayer warlord in the past. This looks like such a fun format!
It's a new format that they are launching with the new edition coming out. A lot of us tried to make multiplayer work in the past, but this solves a lot of the problems we had in those attempts.
I was cheering for Steven, because Dwarves were MY faction in Warlord CCG.
I get what Steven is saying about Stealth, but thematically it feels so satisfying that I'm glad it exists.
I agree with Steven. Taking control of opponents cards or "stealing" cards is not a mechanic that I feel like produces a lot of fun.
@@jaredkelsey9964 I meant just the stealth ability not the character steal. Infiltrating an opponent's ranks is a really cool thing, I think.

Warlord is so fun!! Alliance is a blast! Great time to get into the game!
I am so psyched to try this format, I used to love this game when I was younger, always played 1 on 1 so this is so cool to watch. Btw I totally would have watched for 2.5 hours lol

Not sold on this format, we used to just play regular decks in 3 player games. Haven't done enough reading to know if that would work in this edition or not.
