One plays football because of the money.
One plays football cause he loves it.
non league football takes you back to the old days when money was not everything. that's what i love about it.
Bry ABNV yeh the old days back in the 1930s oh don't I miss those old days

Otis is why I LOVE Copa90! They understand that football isn't just about the big teams, I loved this video!!
Jake Morgan thanks for the support Jake!
Jake Morgan - I agree, little team have the biggest Heart...
Jake Morgan Well the real Shields are playing their tomorrow
Just another chapter in the book called "Reasons to Love Football."
There are a few reasons not to like it.
Thanks to the people of Glossop and North Shields for being so welcoming and showing us around their towns. The players and staff were brilliant too. Just shows how the tournament really can boost be a boost for the whole community. Long live the FA Vase!
my local non-league team that played in the fa vase this season is hullbridge sports. we didn't make it all the way but we knocked out Rushden and Diamonds :)
You guys should do a video on Wycombe Wanderers after an amazing turn around season from being on the verge of relegation to the conference last season to a trip to Wembley next weekend for the play off final!!
The legend John motson with Eli 👍
I LOVE COPA90
WorldWar Tribute same
Loving the John Motson cameo
always remember, no matter where in the world you're from, support your local football club, as an american a lot of people here support a random european club and not their local mls, usl, or nasl clubs just because the clubs aren't as good as europe, but i wouldn't have it any other way, love supporting the club that play in the town i grew up in that represents my area
I support the team from the place where my Mum is from though. I don't really like the area that I grew up in that much.
You are so right. Fortunately my city is unlike that, but many USL teams are way underrated
Vamos Orlando City!!
I wish the us had a promotion and relegation system too that would make it much more competitive
my local club recently joined the usl, but got rid of our homegrown players and recruit players from europe instead
Being from Newcastle but spending so much of my life down in North Shields, and Whitley Bay who have won the FA Vase a few times in recent years, it makes me so happy to see this competition get the recognition it deserves. This is what football is really about. Fantastic job Eli and everyone at Copa 90 for highlighting it to the world.
Thomas Goodall Cheers Thomas - Whitley Bay have had a great history in the Vase so bet you're loving North Shields' success too. thanks for your support.
The amount of times ive walked the quayside, especially to go to Ocean View chippy!!!
unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable, this is what football is all about
Ryan Navickas Been to Wembley with Everton but my local team got to the semi of the vase in 2014..just missed out on Wembley..gutted, but what a journey & just as exiting as the FA cup
Ayyyyyy Everton
Eli smashing it oncemore !
Love you
Really was a pleasure to film this one - great towns and great clubs, so welcoming and thanks to the FA for their support too.
Tom Mallion there's also a brilliant interview with the North Shields striker, Gareth Bainbridge on our website: copa90.com/gareth-bainbridge-the-northern-leagues-messi/
WHO ARE YA? WHO ARE YA? WHO ARE YA?
My local team tunbridge wells FC played in the fa vase final 2 years ago lost 2-1but the vase is one of the greatest unknown competition in my opinion
connor doherty we agree!
The team that won was my local team Spennymoor and it really is something special win or lose.
I'm a lifelong Villan but my local is Solihull Moors, great fun seeing those boys on the pitch. They are a merger team between Moor Green and Solihull Borough.
I've been to the final of the fa vase 3 times in recent years with my beloved Whitley bay, its very nice to see north shields also find success there, the north east are a force to be reckoned with when it comes to amateur teams!
That's REAL FOOTBALL PASSION ! Support your local team....don't be a glory hunter !
Abdel Rahman Ibrahim I have no local team and my uncle is from Manchester so he supports Man City (started 96 ao not plastic)
Ryan Da Gamer where are you from then because sounds glory to me like who does the rest of your family support
Yet another amazing video from Copa90
I live in Newcastle and I support North Shields fc as my second team over Newcastle
They're probab,y better than Newcastle
Matty Hunter Its good seeing North East teams and the northeast in general being showcased
Matty Hunter Yes Eli met many Newcastle and even Sunderland fans which were getting behind the North shields lads! Great footballing community up there
Matty South Shields going down this year! C'mon Shields!
adam UTM
Copa90 is the bomb! These kind of documentaries are great. Real insight, created by passion and support. This is the stuff big networks dream of but you guys create!
Being born in Ely Im proud that Ely City FC got into the fifth round of the FA Vase :) It's a small city and not really high in the football pyramid but what they achieved to get there and so far was a proud moment for them. I'm an Arsenal fan but Ely was where I was born so I have a heart for them and hope that they can one day achieve higher things.
I am From Glossop and even though we lost the final the players did us proud and it was a great day out and great coverage copa 90
ethan marshall thanks for the support Ethan
I may be getting to this video late, but I've actually teared up seeing all the passion that these hard-working people have for each of their respective clubs, and this game in general. This is why I love football.
Pause the video at 14:11 and you can see me in the crowd when north Sheilds score, wearing a white Jacket, great experience glad North Shields won that game. (Newcastle United fan)
Glossop north end 2-1 North shields
This is why I love copa90
Wow! Another fantastic feature from Copa90. This deserves more views , what a brilliant feature to highlight 'real football' and how much it means to these communities a far cry from the glossy premier league. Keep it up Copa90!
Why did nobody mention that Glossop North End played one season in english football top tier in the season 1899-1900?
🔵🔵🔵🔵
Incredible story. Copa90 once again with a great story. Great job!
my local team Darlington played in the next trophy up from this one the FA Trophy in 2011 and won 1-0 thanks to a 120th minute winner that is why non league is at it's best... really did enjoy this feature cant wait to see more
John Motson has the best voice
That was an amazing watch! I'm from Newcastle and actually went to school with Gareth Bainbridge, and play 5 a side with a North Shields Ultra, so this was amazing to see. Congrats again North Shields. We are proud of you!
Nice to see Bally featured SAFC legend!
Supported AFC Liverpool for years, Glossop North End was my first game!
This is exactly why I love this channel, I learn so much about football in general and stuff I would have never even heard of. Such a great job you guys are doing!!
thanks for the support ohsnapwtfify - this is exactly what we like to hear!
Copa90 No problem, you guys deserve every compliment you get!
Copa90
One of the best football videos I've ever seen. Love Eli's passion for the game and the emotion that is put into these videos!
i only know about the FA Vase because of Football Manager haha
So true
JAVOI me too😂
Same here😂
This video just proves y'all are the best football channel in CZcams
The old man at first. Wonderful to hear his voice again. Fifa... :)
Makes me proud to follow my local team. Seen them lift the Evo-Stik Premier Shield last year after following them up and down the country. Went down to Poole Town's ground in Dorset that was 3,000 strong. Went 2-0 up, then 2-2 then 3-2 at the 80-85th minute. Best away day of my life and I'll never forget it.
This is beautiful....just amazing. Thank you Copa90!!!! You bring the world of football to everyone.
Wembley is such a beloved venue that I bet they could fill the lower bowl for a couple of middle schoolers playing Pokemon Go. Everyone has a cool Wembley story of events of every kind!
Being from Newcastle and watching this makes me so unbelievably happy. This is why I love football, this is why no matter how discouraged I become I can never let go of it. It's more than a game. It's a part of me and my life. Great stuff!
just watched this again for god knows how many times, still the best football day in my life and always will be, love north shields
Really glad to see this stuff! Doesn´t matter the division or situation what rules in football is the passion. Congrats to the teams!
Thanks for this brilliant quality video!
Been an unbelievable effort from Glossop North End leading up to fa vase final!
They had to play a ridiculous amount of games in a few weeks prior to the vase final culminating in league and cup double..
Such an eye opener. Great video Copa90!
This was probably the most interesting sort of documentary I've ever seen. Good job Eli!
Yet another quality video from Copa90, probably one of the best yet. Love to see a channel that doesn't just focus on the PL but on grassroots football and smaller derbies all over the world. Keep up the fantastic work fellas, one of the best channels around.
Only in England a carpenter could go on the job site on a Monday and be like
"What was you up to this weekend?"
"Nothing much, scored a brace at Wembley"
Wow huge thanks to Copa90 and Eli for covering this tournament and the story behind these team, astonishing what sheer pashion can produce in lower league clubs. For me THIS is what football is actually meant to be!
I'm from South Shields just about 2 minutes away from North Shields on a ferry and I couldn't be more happy for them on not only getting to Wembley but winning there too considering Newcastle can't even get to Wembley so congrats North Shields you've made the North East proud
Loved this episode guys
keep up the great stuff
This is amazing, great video! This is true football passion
Very much enjoyed this, keep these coming :)
Idk how I never saw this before. Been subbed to Copa for at least 6 years and this didn't pop up back then. Glad I went back. Highly interesting video.

This was brilliant - loved the Robins track at the end too, nice touch!
By far the most inspirational channel on CZcams! Love this video( oh how id love to be Mr Mengem)
Incredible experience! I almost enjoyed the video as much as one of that fans did. This type of tournaments must be played in every country because amateur football is the real football!!
Another fantastic Copa90 video! Non-league really is proper football, please continue these types of videos!
I went to the FA Vase Final in 2012 to watch my hometown, Dunston UTS beat West Auckland 2-0, was a great day.
I love these Videos ! Keep it up Copa90

DAMN. I thought we were in for a treat and he was going to be doing most of the audio. Has the voice of an angel
Played in this tournament last two years didn't progress passed the first round for Ashton & Backwell Utd love this video! Always a dream to play at Wembley
I was at this game and even though the stadium was no where near full the atmosphere was incredible. I am a GNE fan so it was a disappointing result but we won 2 out of the 3 trophies we were going for so it was an amazing experience and one I will take with me forever!
brilliant video thank you very much
15:21
Nice to hear Charlton's Theme song.
Shame we havent been to wembley since the play off final.
Brilliant video! Keep up the good work. As a non-league fan it's great to see some coverage!
Is Copa 90 going to be at the Champions league final?
20 times United This is equivilent
At first, I liked a few more football channels then you,but tbh,now I like you guys the most
This was such a sick video haha
I have been to see Whitley Bay FC play at wembley 3 times and i was a mascott in 2010 against Wroxham we won 6-1
I want to see these North Shields ultras, id love to see it!
This was brilliant
Love the documents
Amazing video:D
Fantastic video! Absolutely loved it!
Was wondering if you are doing anything similar for the conference final this Sunday?
Love this !
I was at this game with the Glossop "ultras". Absolutely incredible from them
Dear copa90 please come up to Scotland and meet Falkirk they are a young cup team with a massive town support behind them they are 2nd tier in Scottish football the fans the players and the coaches are behind them and they have had financial troubles but have always been fighting
If you want my email to contact and help set up things just email me at rorydryburgh@gmail.com
Rory Dryburgh thanks for the idea Rory - we'll look into it!
C'mon ICTFC ♡♥♡♥
Thanks and they are heading to Swansea soon to play friendly matches to prepare for the Scottish cup final thanks and 20000 Falkirk fans to hampden compared to Inverness's 3000😉
Inverness are bringing more than 20,000
More teams should adopt North Shield's philosophy, 3 shirt sponsors = 3 points. NIKE training jackets, EREA home jersey and ADIDAS away. Love it!
In from Glossop and play for the youth team I was at Wembley! Viva gne!!!
Great video.
At 6:09 Gareth Bainbridge says "I'd be lying if I said I hadn't been dreaming about scoring" and then at 14:02 he scores the dramatic equalizer to send the game to extra time. Its enough to make a grown man cry.
Copa Fam, watch out for Oakham United FC in this cup next year. . . will be our first season in the FC Vase qualifiers and we want to claim a few scalps
***** good luck to Oakham! keep us updated on twitter with how you get on!
Years ago North Shields got to the Third Round of the FA cup. They were drawn at home to Walsall, some of whose supporters fancied themselves as hard men. As the tension rose, one of their number behind the goal jumped onto the pitch, put his fists up and shouted for like minded persons to join him in some sort of contest. A local lad, probably about 14, jumped out of the crowd and decked him. That was the start of it. As l recall there were one or two policemen but no more. Nor were the stands separated. During the entire second hall the locals chased the would be hooligans around the ground. Bad idea to come to North Shields imagining you are rock. They are rocker than you, whoever you are.
I'm still not over Herefords result
Same! So unlucky
I went to that game, as my dad is from North Shields it was great.
