  • Hot day on the coast to coast trail! Rode from Sanford to Clermont. Combination of covered nice paved trails to sidewalk along major roads. Two great trails, Seminole Wekiva and West Orange with some sidewalk surfing in between. Little slower going given the traffic, but still fun times on the bike. Paved trails are preferred! Beautiful riding again once we hit West Orange trail and then the South Lake trail heading to Clermon

once you cross the I-4 bridge you can go south or north. north takes you by a mountain bike course and trails and then to wekiva state park.

Great video is so fun to watch. I been thinking to start with cycling. What bike do you use? Or which one do you recommends for a beginner?

Glad you liked my video! I used a mountain bike hard tail and front suspension with 2.1" wide 29" tires. Niner Air Nine is the brand and model. Bonnie used a Trek FX Sport 6 gravel bike no suspension and Kevin used a Salsa Cut Throat Gravel no suspension. A road bike will work but going through the sandy area of Richloam will be difficult.

You skipped over getting from the Seminole Wekiva to the West Orange. Did you take the bike lane on the 436? I did that before and it was not fun with the traffic.

No we did not take 436. Here is a link to my Ride with GPS so you can see route.

there is no reason for you to be on the sidewalk by lake mary blvd. there is a trail on the east side of the road. it goes all the way by big tree park to oveido.
