Thanks Aaron, my brokerage is pretty active in the San Fernando Valley so my BRoll is just spliced together from a few different places, including a few listing videos. I wish I had more drone footage to be honest.

I lived in Reseda for 18 years and my best friend who till this day lives in Encino. Every year I visit California me and her always hang out and she asks me when I'll return and live in beautiful Encino. I love that city especially the hills.
I don't remember but can you see the ocean from the hilltops?

i live in encino in a part near reseda and theres always gang bangers walking on my street and tagging in the alley ways

It's just a matter of time before Ghetto Crips into that neighborhood, way overrated.
Around 10 minutes away from Van Nuys and Reseda, for about the same amount of money, why not live in Calabasas where the real people with money are at.
It’s gorgeous in Calabassas but also further from the city if you work there, it’s a long commute.
I agree! I was visting my son.. stayed in Van Nuys. The first night there was a gun brawl. Its not safe because your politicians dont care. Stop voting for Democrats. Crack down on criminals.

Encino has a real mix of homes, from $1.3 upwards!
