Shop and Establishment Act, 1954 के अनुसार सारे employees’ को equal rights and benefits देना का प्रावधान है. Proper working conditions, payment of wages, working hours, incentives, and holidays.

• संबंधित प्रतिष्ठान / दुकान को कानूनी मान्यता प्रदान करता है
• जब आप भारत में आगे के पंजीकरण के लिए आवेदन करते हैं तो एक व्यापार प्रमाण के रूप में काम करें
• प्रतिष्ठान / दुकान के नाम पर बैंक खाता खोलने जैसे कारणों से पंजीकरण अनिवार्य हो जाता है
• प्रस्तावित व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान के लिए ऋण या उद्यम राजधानियों के माध्यम से निवेश बढ़ाने में सहायक
Documents Required for Shops & Establishment License
1. Id proof such as Aadhar card/PAN card/ voter identification card/ driving license of the employer.
2. Passport size photograph of the employer
3. A photo of establishment/ shop along with the employer
4. In case of rented property, a copy of the rent agreement
5. Any utility bill of the working premises
6. Incorporation document of the business entity [COR / MOA / AOA in case of Company, Partnership Deed in case of Partnership Firm]
7. List of trustees, in case of trust
8. List of number of members and chairman in case of co-operative societies
9. A resolution regarding the commencement of the business
10. #FSSAILicense or #DrugLicense [Depends upon applicability]
11. NOC by the police department & #MunicipalCorporation
12. #ImportExportCode
Registration procedure for Shop and Establishment License
Download the Application
First of all, download the registration application from the respective states official website in which your shop or establishment is located.
Fill the Required Details
Name of the proposed establishment/shop
Name and details of the employer
Name and details of the employees at that time
Registered establishment address along with NOC or rent agreement (only for rented premises)
PAN card details of the employer
Submit the Application
Once you have filled all the details accurately submit it to the chief inspector or inspector in charge of the shop and establishment act along with prescribed fees amount.
Verification of the Application
After submission, all the documents and the application would be verified by the higher authorities.
Issuance of the #License
If all the documents are as per the requirements of the act, the #certificate shall be issued to the proposed establishment/shop Notes: It might take around 15-20 working days for the physical verification and issuance of registration certificate in the major city areas. However, it may vary from one state to another.
