love trader joe's prepared frozen indian meals, frozen dumplings, and frozen pasta (especially the fiochetti)! those are all ready to eat though. for meal "starters" you would absolutely love the marinated chicken, there's usually a pesto, a shawarma, and a lemon one. i'm a big fan of their teriyaki marinated tofu and salad kits too. they also have a lot of sauces you can pair with any protein and a quick veg/side dish. the possibilities are endless! lots of instagrams accounts are dedicated to TJ's meals!

Always great seeing an upload from you and Jo! ❤️ I def need to try that beef stew 😍 from Trader Joe’s the go-to’s from the frozen section are def the kung pao chicken, orange chicken, Thai green curry, and butter chicken. For easy small meals, air frying the 1 lb salmon with a miso glaze (I just googled air fryer miso salmon recipe, usually cook at 400 for 11-14 min or something), or using any ground meat for a quick pad krapow stir fry. Marion’s kitchen on CZcams taught me the easiest recipes! Much love, Steph 🫶🏼 you’re one of my favorite CZcamsrs and I’m always rooting for you!
One of our go-to TJ's meals is the 10 minute farro. They have a recipe on the side of the bag with sausage and onions and its so easy and delicious. Also tip - I have a large tupperware I put under my trailing plants when I water them so I don't have to take them to the sink anymore. I let them drain into that and then dump it out.

Instant pot chili con carne. DELICIOUS. On rice, on tortilla chips with cheese, loosened and turned into soup... possibilities are endless!
I love making easy meals with TJ items
Frozen mini chicken wontons
Bokchoy
Miso ginger broth
Tofu (whatever firmness you prefer but I like soft)
And then you just put the soup in a pot and heat until it boils and you throw all the ingredients for. 15 min. I think the broth is pretty salty so I will add more water
TJ's spatchcocked lemon rosemary chicken + the microwaveable brussel sprouts that are lightly preseasoned! Throw the chicken in the oven and then you can def spice the brussels up after you cook them in the microwave. Healthy and delish!
All time favorite instant pot recipe is the Umami Instant Pot Chili. It’s has very unique ingredients like fish sauce and cocoa powder but holy crap it is SO delicious, flavorful and easy! Always a hit when I make it for others 😊 we always have it over rice and put cheddar cheese on top 🤤 you need to try it!!

The shrimp burgers at Trader Joe’s are sooo good! Just have to airfry them. I have them on a toasted bun with sweet chili sauce and and a little mayo.
Love their sweet potato fries with a dipping sauce of mayo, garlic, salt, and lemon juice and mix, then top with ztsar (forgot spelling) super good! Also love their garlic pesto pizza with fried crust… this is just off the top of my head!
My dad has cichlids and the tank is on my old bedroom (now guestroom/my bedroom when im home lol) so I sleep with them now haha. They're VERY active fish! But it's just soothing to watch them. They also have huge personalities, mostly who's alpha haha.
Have you ever made Vietnamese beef stew? It’s very similar with addition of ginger, lemongrass, soy sauce, star anise, etc. I top with cilantro and fresh slices of jalapeño. 😋
Yooooo Yellow Curry in the instant pot is my SPECIALTY haha I use Mae Ploy and hella veggies and a can of coconut milk. My favorite is either chopped chicken thighs or the deep fried tofu you can get at the Asian market wrapped in the fridge section 😊

Trader Joe's has helped me with my bad mental health meals - their frozen foods quesadilla, turkey meatballs to throw in pasta, veggie pizza, prepacked butter chicken are great! Also their salads.
For fancier -
Prosciutto, moz cheese, arugula and ciabatta rolls for a nice sandwich (with some fig or apricot jam)
I love buying the frozen seafood just to have on hand and cook it up real quick. Seafood is quick to defrost!
I always like to have non perishables, canned foods, and frozen foods on hand just have easy and fast access. I know how hard it can be. Sending love you can do it!!
I recommend carnitas in the instant pot! Much easier compared to doing it on stovetop
I had a red male betta, Remy (RIP), for years and I used to use his 💩 water to fertilize my tomato plant! It works great!

Amy and Jack's instant pot beef chili is awesome, and it freezes super well. Their site also has a variation of the stew you made called Bo Kho! I grew up eating it and I gotta say they nailed the flavor profile pretty well, while somehow being instant pot friendly if you wanted to go the vietnamese route. Enjoy!
