This honestly has to be one of the best things i've ever heard
This is brilliant. Marcus switches from guttural to head voice to full chest voice with so much dexterity. He's one of the best metal singers I've heard in recent years.

drummerAVA people are stuck in the past and would rather have a guy who can’t perform live anymore. Adrian was great, was being the key word
I love old Northlane and Adrian, but Marcus is what this band needed to get to that next level of their sound.

I can hear Marcus channeling Chester so much throughout this whole album.
Exactly. Reminds me a lot of Meteora and Hybrid theory at certain points along the album. That kind of gives you a sense of how trailblazing LP was. Their sound was so ahead of their time.
Alien is pure art. Art on it's highest form. Outstanding!

Took me back to Meshuggah's Catch 33 in terms of brutal robotic vibes, it's awesome that at least one metalcore band is showing how a band like Meshuggah has influenced them

This song is probably my favourite of the album..goddamn the chorus is fucking amazing, it gives me hard goosebumps..The bass also, it has a vivid sound, and in the chorus it takes a few notes that uhhhh takes the right spot. I fucking love this band.

I will admit I did not like Mesmer or Node since I preferred the Northlane sound with Adrian, but this album is a masterpiece..Marcus and the rest of the band did an amazing job..Every song is a hit..

Nollys mixing skills are on point here too. Hes had a hand in the new He is Legend as well.

That's the way I do it! I also avoid singles. I trust my fave bands to put out a good enough CD to buy and then I listen to it in its entirety. I did this recently with La Dispute and Pianos Become the Teeth
I'm at the August Burns Red, Silverstein, and Silent Planet show waiting for ABR to play but at least I can read the deep lyrics.

@@cjdoyle625 Yeah, everyone went hard for all 3 bands but I think SP would've been fun for a few songs. I just didn't have the energy to go in right away. But when Silverstein and ABR got on it got too crowded so it was just push pit bs. Can't wait for the Northlane show.
