Good morning, I'm from Brazil and here we are starting to work with tufting guns, so we don't have much information, your channel is very good, wouldn't you have a number of whats up to clear up some doubts?
    Thanks

Hi, is there anyway we could have a video on if our scissors aren’t opening and one on how to make it loop pile ?

I will make a scissor opening video this weekend for you. We don't recommend trying to convert our cut pile to a loop pile. We do not make a 2 in 1 because they typically disappoint customers. If you are looking to buy a two-in-one make sure it comes with a FULL assembly of the loop mechanism not just a part to swop out with the scissors.

@@TuftLoveGun Hi, my scissors stopped opening after I tried adjusting them. Did you ever get around to making that video on that? Thank you
