Why can't you provide a price without making someone contact you 1st. Prices should be shown for consumers to make decisions on big ticket item's
looks like 60k and below. Just look up random capsule houses - they are 1,000 dollars per square meters. This one is 38 square meters, so probably like 38k + whatever money they add on. like shipping, taxes, and stupid fees.
@jmonie02 I did end up looking this up after I posted it, it's 40k but my point still stands price should be shown for those interested without having to contact someone so they can try to pressure you into making a purchase decision

Just a tip for you ETONG, you should not put bathroom at the end because the aisle space is now WASTED. Any competent architect would know that. Put Bathroom in the middle and the living room at the other end because the aisle space can add to the living room space. The piping (water) can then be supplied to the Kitchen next to it. There also should be a rangehood in the kitchen or else this kitchen is not practical at all. I do like the location of the stove/flat top because it means if you have rangehood the fumes and smoke can be extracted directly outside, no complicated ducting.
They actually do that with newer Houses.
What I wanna know is the unit flame retardant like is it gonna go up in flames really easy. Its got a good typhoon and earthquake rating for sure!

Do you think Santa would get one for my hubby and me
We are in the autumn of our lives and these homes look like they will meet our needs
The only way we could get one is from Santa and we have both been really good. So please Santa slip one under our tree for us.xx
Few things I do not Like: 1. the "full size bassin" (sink). it is flat square. everytime you brush your teeth, the stuff doesnt go in the sink hole, not functional, needs to be curved. 2. the water heater should be hidden, even with a plastic cover. 3. the shower handle!! so stupid, it should slide right or left, not pull and push. you are losing precious cms. and should be as flat as possible. 4. the washing machine location should be in the shower area. 5. the cooking area, no evacuation? cant really cook. they should have an optional gaz cooker, because electricity is more rare, and having a gaz. 5. is there optional roller shade like in camping cars? 6. would be nice if they have optional solar power and 24v system appliances.
Water heater is hidden behind the shower wall. It's simply in the video inside its factory box.
I disagree on gas - why installing gas at all? People don't have gas anymore, but full electricity... It's more environmentally friendly and cheaper to only have 1 supply of energy, no more double standing cost for gas, etc.
