The concept and overall execution is good but i would swap the kitchen and bedroom around having a smaller bedroom and larger kitchen living area that spills out on to the balcony.
So the first thing that has to go is that bed, out, and the porch/balcony area enclosed. I would have mine designed with an access portal in the ceiling, accessible by a spiral staircase to the top of the home to accommodation a nice upper deck seating area, and then you can put a canopy over that, lined with solar panels, backed up by a power wall storage batteries, and so any excess power can be used to power up your electric vehicle/appliances or back to the batteries or back to the grid. I’d use some kind of hide-a-bed sofa so that the bedroom could be a living room. Not bad, otherwise.

Definitely looks cool. Id probably want the bedroom to be a lounge area and the bed up in a loft. Really no place to just hang out in this thing.
Some of the other models have a lounge area on the roof. They are pretty neat. I don't know if it's a lot more expensive. I hideabed or Murphy bed could work though and the space could double ad a lounge/study area.
You have time to hang out? It's perfect for me. Work, eat, sleep. Pay it off, buy another one.
it needs something against floods and earthquakes, maybe the idea of elevation like the one Japan is studying

This IS the Texas company (Massimo). Nowhere near $125K, unless someone is quoting pad, electrical and site prep all-in. I looked at them, but I decided to not do an ADU.

Considering that tiny homes and rv living are very popular this is the perfect conclusion of prefab capsule homes whether for camping or living
