  • This time, we came to a teppanyaki restaurant tucked away halfway between Shibuya, Omotesando, and Nishiazabu🥷 It is run by a beef restaurant with a history of over 90 years in Yokohama, and the restaurant is incredibly particular about its meat (Yamagata WAGYU beef). The level of the other ingredients was also very high, so we visited another day to try the Yamagata pork pork cutlet set meal🐷

      Bresaola is air-dried, salted beef (but it can also be made of horse, venison and pork) that has been aged two or three months until it becomes hard and turns a dark red, almost purple color. LIKE A DELUXE COLDCUT from a butcher.
