  • So simple. So effective.
This gentle rotational motion helps to tune the neuromuscular efficiency of the many muscles that rotate the hip, pelvis and spine.
Notice if it feels different dropping to the left as it does dropping to the right - that’s a rotational imbalance showing up. And if it’s showing up here in this simple exercise, think about how that could be showing up in bigger movements like walking or running.
Rule of thumb here - don’t use FORCE or MOMENTUM.
    Use control.
Guide your legs in and out of the movements.
This exercise can help you take that first step in restoring rotational function and balance. Check out my full online program if you want to learn more of a thorough approach to restoring movement.
Furthermore, this can be integrated seamlessly into your day or at the end of your already existing mobility routine.
Give it a try and let me know in the comments how it goes!
    Take your time.
    Quality over Quantity.
    Yours in movement,
    Vinny
