I don't think it is that low. I mean, sure, characters like Hu Tao can do 100k CA, but as far as NA goes, that is pretty high, especially for someone that hits as fast as her. Arlecchino is just an outlier.

In a game where big number has becoming common and relevant even more so since Xianyun, characters doing small Number but Good DPS seems to be the uncommon ironically (excluding Keqing, as She is well known since day 1 for Her good DPS than Big Numbers)

Somewhat unrelated but in your opinion, do you still think Melt is BiS or just better Team for Diluc given now we have Xianyun and Furina?

IMHO No.
Even prior to Xianyun and Furina, I genuinely think Yelan variant is already surpassing any Melt variant except Dragonstrike, both personal and Team DPS PLUS the flexibility, even if we conpare it to C6R1 Kaeya.
Furina + Xianyun + Flex is just broken by default, regardless who the onfield is, due to their insane synergy and DPS capability when played right, it's somewhat unfair to compare it to other team tbh.
Even while C6R1 Diona + C2R1 Kazuha do can outDMG Furina + Bennett / C2R1 Kazuha, they wouldn't be able to outDPS Furina Team DPS cintribution.
