The movie was amazing! I'm going to the theaters to watch it a second time. When comes out on DVD, I'm sending it to all my family.
Dude how he's still so coherent is beyond me. He took some serious punishment in his comeback.
cause he's the goat, that's why. Hollyfield punished him plenty, but he just kept absorbing the blows, I've never seen a human being so tough
@@acidspit14 Frazier and Ali were as tough, but yeh George as tough as they come - they are from a different breed of HW.
Gonna have to rent this movie maybe buy. George is just one of all time hero’s. What a man. Already a devastating fighter but when he came back the world got to know the real George Foreman. Compassionate, wise, funny, CHARISMATIC and then some. And could still PUNCH. Love ya George👍❤️.
out of all the boxers, at least Forman came out of it with no injuries, and no brain damage. Ali came out his career with Parkinsons and slurred speech and fell to Leon sphinx.
He faced too many big punchers including George. Unfortunately that was his result
Larry Holmes also
@@brotherdarkness89foreman had way more fights
@@paleo704Ali born with parkinson genetically. And box made it more
Parkinson is genetics
This movie was simply marvelous😢. I read the book by Mr. Foreman, “God In My Corner” on numerous occasions. Salute Mr. Foreman. You’re the champion of God in and outside of the ring
A friend of mine knew I liked boxing and was a fan of George, and he bought me this for my birthday. (71!) I have to say, I LOVE George Foreman!! He is one person who wanted to change, DID IT, and HELD ON TO THAT CHANGE. He never reverted to his dark side after doing this. That is as amazing as his boxing skill and power. May he continue to have a great life, and live as long as humanly possible. ❤
You can’t not like this man ! Such amazing person.
Just watched it. Fantastic storytelling and had no idea about his powerful and impactful achievements and external and internal struggles he went through in boxing and to where he is today. A phenomenal story and extremely uplifting. Will be watching this again. He is a wonderful role model and someone to look up to.Will be searching for more things on him.
That is a beautiful movie! I knew nothing about him, but fell in love with the story. I’ll watch it again.
This film is phenomenal!!!
I am so glad to hear him talk about that ronnie lyle fight, that is to this day the best boxing match i have ever seen. George was on his comback after the ali loss and met that man. Rip ronnie.
I just watched the movie on Netflix. I really enjoyed it. Big fan.
Seen the movie yesterday..it was fantastic...I've recommended it on fb
Great interview and the movie is amazing ❤
LOVE YOU MR. FORMAN
Great movie!! I loved it!!
🔥🔥🔥
I watched , the movie yesterday. I loved the movie
I loved the movie, it was so nice to watch a movie that showed the true Champion George really is.
He talks why better than they portrayed in the movie
It was a great movie!
Amazing movie I wish I can watch that movie
Forget boxer, name a more likeable athlete
When George found god he did a 360 went from an approachable evil grumpy dude to a gentle kind giant 2 totally different people
He took some hits. But they were few and far between. In his second career George was just so big and strong he really couldn’t be hurt. Beat up a couple times but never really hurt.
Good movie
Georges memorable comment when he was commentating, i forgot who the boxer was but George said his legs betrayed him
Actually. It looks crap. George deserves better actors and directors. That Rumble fight scene was just…crap
The child actors in the beginning are bad
Movie was decent overall it’ll trigger a lot of people tho cuz 20% of it involves faith scenes
Yep agree . The actors look like middle weights
Asking him about Ali was a sucka move and showed how weak u are as a journalist. ASK HIM ABOUT HIM! DO SOME RESEARCH! This reminds me of ppl always asking about 2pac. We can love Pac and big also Ali and GF. We wanna know about GF not Ali. SMH. This dude 🙄 name dropped a library of other ppl. We know nothing more of GF. Get it together
so was putting the rumble in the jungle as the central point of the movie "weak"? As a journalist I am covering the movie that was created, the scene that i shared in the interview was from The Rumble In The Jungle, why would it not be a relevant question. This is a weak criticism at best.
@@blacktreemedia and your sassy lil response proved my point to the letter. Good day. May be this time u get your degree in journalism instead of hack. Even the mans body language was uncomfortable. Smh this was cringe at best.
@@blacktreemediafyi comedy hype made these same mistakes and viewership and numbers slipped i commented then and guess what they got off the jelly journalism and started to ask real questions. This man is a cultural sports historic icon alone and u filled in your black of potent journalism with name dropping. I challenge u to go back and omit this fillers and see if this excuse for an interview was at all that. IM SURE U CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS. Try some humility and challenge yourself as well the elevator method works well. I do it in my head every time.. Try a pitch in your mind to any important figure in your life. This makes you a POTENT CLOSER!
You think you had some affect on Comedy Hype because of your criticism? You really are full of yourself. I take a lot of criticism, but to say that I should not talk about what is in a movie while talking about a movie because it offends you is a little under my pay grade to make any adjustments for. It is actually a moronic criticism. But thank you for watching, keep on changing youtube one channel at a time 😂
Man u cant be serious. Foreman vs Ali was the biggest fight in boxing history. How is it a sucka move to ask him one question about the Ali fight. U act like he talked about Ali the whole time. Get yo panties out your ass.
I like how this movie briefly showed his thug past and also the fact he was cheating on his women with another women
Didn’t sugarcoat those details before he gave his life to god
George is a sincere person and I respect that also I met him once
I watched the movie 2 times, when someone asks my opinion I say they stay true to george foremans story...you can tell he had a lot of input in the movie.
George is the 🐐 but he’s way too humble how he speaks from how he actually was. He’s a beast and if all those things didn’t happen to him in Zaire he would’ve been the longest most devastating heavyweight champion the world had ever seen
