I spent like $70 on eBay on Lana del Rey’s blue bannisters white pressing. All the pressings sold out on her website and it was so tragic I hadn’t preordered it before they did.
love these videos so much!! needed to ask what outer sleeves you use to protect your records? the ones i use are ok-ish but they cover the spines so its a nightmare when they are all stacked on a shelf and they dont fit very well around the records.

Music 🎵 is subjective and really we all go through periods where we have other things going on. I listen to a vast collection of 70 rock to 80 & 90’s but that’s just me and what I am vibrating with at the time. I got the new iron maiden album and it’s fab but haven’t listened to it that much kind of went back to the new Duran Duran album. But hay who cares if you are actively enjoying music 🎵 any way

Dang. Sometimes if you leave the vinyls unopened and the wrapper still on it will shrink. Causing the vinyl to be destroyed

Although 'as you say' the title "My Last Vinyl Record Collection Update" was a ruse, you did make (what I believe to be) some very realistic statements. When you talked about 'having lots of albums, that you haven't either opened or gotten the chance to listen to' it really strikes home. Most of my association with extended music listening seems centered around 'before I moved out on my own', or when 'I had a night-time job for 6-years in the 1990's. Despite the fact that the expansiveness of what I have been able to collect on vinyl the past 3-years is impressive (some 800 + albums) the time needed to really listen like I used to (let's face it) isn't there. It just goes into my library of 'cool stuff' along with my mountains of books, etc.
