- Oh My Gosh The Van is STUFFED - Goodwill Can't Beat This - Thrift With Me! This was a crazy good day of yard saling with my friend Tiffany of @ThriftingVegas . We found so much stuff we stuffed the van full!

You gals have the best garage sales (and Goodwills) in your neck of the woods!!! In NY where I live ours usually consist of a box of 8 tracks and some old clothes!! LOL! xo
Pennsylvania is good too. I live in TX. The Goodwills I have been to smell like stale cigarette smoke and have nothing.
In North Carolina there's is not nothing really to choose from either i no employees that worked there that save for themselves and there family members

Loved everything you bought. I saw the white sewing machine and I thought I would let you know I have my grandmothers singer peddle sewing machine and I remember playing on it when I was a child. I am now 79 and it is in good condition I also have her china closet , I am blessed.🥰( free is always good )😜

Vivat Regina. Probably from the Trooping of the Colors which is attended by the Queen because it's a celebration of her birthday. Since she is 95 this is the first year she didn't ride a horse. Recently she visited the Horse Guards and gave a sugar cube to a horse and the horse grinned at her!!
The anvil is a definite big score.

Never pass up ribbons, great price on those Danni! I also buy ribbon, but also I buy rolls of pretty wallpaper and use it for wrapping paper, it is thicker and does not tear 😊

When that worm book came out in the early 90s(??)it came with a mechanical sign to book stores. We had to put it together. Corporate put out a call to all the stores that got one to take it down... it looked like well, umm, let's just say, not a worm!

Yard sells are fun. Goodwill is great. So many great deals. Yards sells are ready deal getters, I'm surprised at the prices. Super reasonable.

I have 2 of those tables and a coffee table to match that was my grandmother's. She bought them in 1953 at a store in Portsmouth ohio, so I'm not sure that yours is hand made.
The woman told us her grandfather made it, I believe her! It's better than a store bought version

That looked like loads of fun. And there’s never a good reason to pass by ribbons. EVER. I look at fabric at thrift shops to reuse. Like Christmas tablecloth’s into tree skirts, or Christmas stockings and then I add names on top of them with cross stitch Aida cloth. Regular fabric is expensive pre holiday. What a pretty day
