I watched this video this morning and made them this afternoon for my kids birthday . I used cheddar sausages and put them on the smoker. Big hit and a 100% keeper for our family. Absolutely delicious. ❤❤❤thank you for sharing 🇨🇦🇨🇦
Good idea Catherine. I always make hassleback potatoes. Never thought of sausage.I would put a little onion between those crevices.

I’ve never eaten smoked sausage but my husband loves it. I’ll have to fix this for him. We DO LOVE Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce❤

never heard of the term hasselback. Had to look it up. Loved the idea for sausage you were using.
We go RVing and camp. We go with my aunt/uncle, cousin/ his wife, and her parents. We each take turns cooking dinner and lunch, one does dessert, one does appetizers for happy hour for that day. This looks like a great appetizer or dinner with the sides! I will have to try it. We are going out to the Smoky Mountains this weekend by ourselves for vacation. I will try this, it looks yummy!

It's more for the sauce so it doesn't stick when it caramelizes.
Just take your sausages INTO your sauce, mix well, THEN put in your pan😝
If you spray ur cup it won't stick
