Are you able to do a whole episode with the electrician to explain what kinds of cables(gauges, amperage, colors, etc etc.) are needed for whole-house wiring? That will help some of us in the near future. Thanks for sharing building your dream house journey with the rest of the world.
Yes I will be able to do that... but currently not with my ELECTRICIAN at the moment... I will arrange for that to be done in a couple of months or maybe less...

Anti-China, what does that mean? What a statement to have heard this morning.
Meaning... most of the Chinese items sold in Ghana are not in high quality..
I can get made in China in the UK with well check quality... but the ones sent to Africa are all fake.. if not careful with the electronics ones... your house may go into frames...

Learn to read the details and describtions on a products than where its coming from.
Don't make decisions based on what you hear, base your decisions on what you've experience.

I lived in the UK... and I have experience what I'm talking about... let me try and explain it better... I what I was trying to say is that... the product sent from China to the west are well made, because the west wouldn't accept any low-quality... unfortunately about 80 to 90% sent to Africa are at very low quality...
I have bought a product from Ghana and it got messed up dangerously... I bought the same from the west, which is China made and the quality was amazing....
I have read and I have experience it myself..... I wouldn't make things up...

Hi the ones we bought was about 1.5mm to 2.5mm .. hope it helps..

Wouldn't you have saved money and gotten better cables if you had bought these cables from the UK? Did I hear say you were anti-China?
There are very good quality cables in Ghana such as CABLE METALS and TURKEY CABLES... THOSE two cables are none Chinese... the CABLE metal has been designed to cope with Ghana hot climate... the British cables are not all that great for Ghana weather....
TRUST ME ALL CHINESE ITEMS IN GHANA ARE NOT GOOD and may caught fire in the future...
