How to Remove a Bathroom Floor (Step-by-Step) - by Home Repair Tutor

We decided to remodel our bathroom and remove the old flooring. After digging a little I noticed there wasn't just one or two layers...there were 6 layers of bathroom floor!!!!! So this video shows how we removed all 6 layers and got down to the bare wood subfloor (which is over 100 years old).

I got super lucky in this video. No ceramic tile. No crazy adhesive. Just lots of elbow grease.
The first step is to remove the first layer. In this case it was linoleum on top of 1/4" wood.
I'm not sure what the heck was under the linoleum. Which brings up the topic of safety. Make sure you wear a respirator, safety glasses, and gloves.
