You are lying. This video was posted 2 hours ago. The recipe requires cooking on high for 3-4 and then on low for 2 hours. There's no way you could have made it in 1 hour (since your comment was made an hour ago.) Plus, the fact that you'd have all the ingredients on hand seems suspicious... try not to lie next time.
