Some of these look really nice, but I can't do one pot pasta meals. I have to keep my noodles and sauce separate because it never reheats well the next day. It tends to dry out.

Some of these look good but what in the world happened to the spagetti and meatball onion in the sauce? please tell me that wasn't thrown away, that's food waste, it could have gone nicely into the sauce if chopped up or gone through a blender to make it smooth!

Just blanch it in hot water separately so you can release all that excess starch.

overcooking all the noodles and they look like mush
I believe you got the days of the week, for this menu all wrong...stroganoff should've been for Monday, not Sunday.. the chicken pho should've been for Sunday instead...also, the ramen should've been for Tuesday, not Friday... and the spaghetti and meatballs should've been for Wednesday. The other dishes the creamy chicken and prawns with pasta should've been more for Saturday, than the spaghetti and meatballs..should've been for Wednesday... all in all these recipes are good...though
