- Former Clipper Boban Marjanović purposely missed his second free throw attempt on April 14, 2024 to give Los Angeles Clippers fans free Chick-fil-A, as the home crowd is awarded free chicken sandwiches any time an opposing teams' player misses 2 free throws in the 4th quarter. Clippers play-by-play announcer Brian Sieman comments that Boban is the nicest guy in the NBA.

Boban, since he used to play for the Clippers, decided to do the fans a favor and miss the second free throw on purpose. It was garbage time in a meaningless game anyways, but it was a very sweet thing for him to do for his former fans!
