More about cruising in Portugal:
During our cruise in Portugal we explored majestic sites like the Vila Real and the gardens of the manor house of Solar de Mateus. The Douro Valley is known for being home to the world famous Port wine, which while sailing along the valley you'll see vineyard upon vineyard producing the finest Port wine in the world. We admired the incredible vineyards from Porto all the way to the border of Spain where we took a bus to see Salamanca, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and known as "Little Rome."
Very aware of the fact we misspelt “Douro” throughout the video… but here we are noticing this AFTER posting 😅 oops!

I spent a week in Portugal just before Covid (my 2nd visit). Three of those days were in Porto whose scenes in this video I recall with such fondness. I loved my experience there and hope you found the country as beautiful and fascinating as I did.
