We were just there last month. We also went to Porto. I myself am not the biggest fan of Lisbon, because everytime we are there I always get asked on the streets if I want to buy drugs. Not cool this doesn't happen to me in any other countries.
Ah yeah, very much get that in a lot of big cities! Especially in the touristy areas. It didn't bother me too much, but can definitely see how it can wear on you!
