Let me explain .... So u can try for govt bds college by going through mcc councelling and if you want private u have to go through the mcc councelling but u can contact the college and they can help you through the councelling bcz you are doing it for the 1st time

I think you should look for both govt and private colleges in all states although the govt is bit difficult
