I'm used to training for general strength and muscle gains but my ultimate goals are to be able to do full ROM wall HSPU (free standing maybe one day) and a one arm chin/pull up. I'm thinking of buying some yoga blocks to do the HSPUs on to increase ROM and training my weighted pullup to be stronger to build pullup strength.
Bit of an adjustment to train for skill specific goals bc sometimes I don't feel like I did enough bc I'm not spent like I am after my typical training for strength and hypertrophy.

What about the objective of Longevity, Matt? Some people (me included) want this, could be the 4th objective? Or what do you think about it?

That may not be something you can, or need to directly train. Most any sort of training will probably help as long as you're not abusing your body with excessive workouts.

You probably don't need anything special. Build strength in the basics and make sure you're getting a decent ROM in the shoulders with hanging techniques.

And walking in difficult terrain is another option, too. A forest without those "running paths" but with bunch of sticks, moss, rocks and the like
